Since being with Acorn for the last 3 years, i have had nothing but trouble. From losing the keys on the way in, breaking the gas tap, to calling up every month for the rent, to paying for a check every 6 months but not getting one for almost 2 years, and then losing the keys AGAIN on the way out, i would never recommend this company to anyone. If you are a landlord, run. The other direction!
Hi, I have had a very positive experience with dealing with Kieran at ‘Your move’ Bromley branch. He was swift with helping me securing a place to live. It took only two weeks to sort everything out and Kieran was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. He went an extra mile to check whether everything was ok after my move day. I felt look after and valued from viewing the place until now. Thank you.
I don't think Your Move have let properties before. On top of the extortionate fees, there is a poor service. Our property was fully managed, but we have had to pay for extra keys to be cut for them. When moving out, they failed to get an itemised invoice for damages, so disputed charges were not easily resolved. On settling on an amount, the incorrect deposit amount was returned as other payments for fees had been lost within their systems.
I am so happy we chose ADM to sell our property. They are true professionals. We felt like clients not customers and their honest, knowledgeable hard working approach in my opinion sets them apart from other estate agents. I would recommend them to anyone looking to sell, they make the whole process a great experience. Well done ADM.
I am currently renting an one bed flat through them. I am having terrible experience. The property had numerous issues, like broken fridge and freezer, low pressure shower, problems with light. They promised me that property management team will address those issues. It is over 3 months since I moved. I have requested them at least 10-15 times. The property management team does not respond to phone or email after four days, they email saying someone will contact within 3 hour. Nobody contacted me for weeks. I emailed them again and recieved same response but no action. This cycle repeated many times. I tried to contact agency to explain this. They do not respond to email or say that it is responsibility of the property management team. Overall it is terrible experience. I would not recommend anyone renting through this agency.
As landlords in the Beckenham area we have used Mann for finding tenants, rent collection and assisting with all our statutory requirements. We've always found them attentive, efficient and good at communicating. James and his team offer clear advice and have always met our expectations. Since 2014, when we first purchased the property, they have twice found us good tenants quickly and kept us very well informed throughout the process. Excellent service.
Unfortunately, pretty useless. Bought from them and had impersonal and fairly consistently incompetent service from our particular estate agent. She didn't listen when they called us asking questions and didn't answer questions when asked. Would recommend avoiding selling or buying if possible.
Thankfully the branch manager stepped in and fix to mistakes.
The sales team at Catford have been a pleasure to deal with. I would specifically like to thank Megan for assisting with all of my admin requests. I would definitely recommend using KFH.
I must say that my experience with KFH Catford has been one of the best of my renting life to date; Clement would have to be the proverbial 'man of the match' as he kept in contact with me after searching elsewhere hooked me back in and made sure I had seen what is now our home which is perfect for us. The rest of the team were great too and showed nothing but professionalism and friendly demeanor through out the entire process and were more than patient when we hit a couple of bumps on the road. If you hadn't realized this by now concerning KFH, I'm a fan. Thanks guy's!

I made the stupid mistake of responding to an advert posted by this company.
I spoke to someone there regarding viewing the property and an outline of their fees.
She said she would send me the details via email. She also asked for my phone number as it was easier to communicate. - I stupidly gave her both!
The morning after I gave her my email, I received 7 emails from them before 10am.
One email claimed, "thanks for signing up to our website". When did i sign up?
I asked her to remove me from all mailing lists, and informed her I wasn't happy with all the emails. She apologised and said she had removed me.
Today, I check my emails, guess what? Inundated with emails once again!
Supposedly these emails are from a load of different people within their company whom I haven't spoken to!
Alongside this, I'm receiving calls upon calls from them!
Avoid. Avoid. Avoid this company!
You'd be better off giving your details to a cold caller, they'll harass you less!
