When securing a new rental property with Daniels, I dealt with Kayleigh and Taysiah at the Downham branch and I cannot commend them more highly. Although I needed to secure the tenancy to a very aggressive timescale, they made the entire process so easy with their efficiency and my target move in date was met! Excellent customer care and communication - I was kept up to date with the process every step of the way and Kayleigh even sent a message to check that the actual move all went to plan a week after I moved in. Well Done - an overall good experience.
I phoned to enquire about a property at the Downham branch as it looked like it had abit of damp in it....the sarcastic & rude response i got 'well we arnt damp experts so we cant tell you.' When i phoned backed to complain i got no sorry about that or ill have a look into it all i got by the manager was 'well i only know one side of the story.' When i pointed out how disapointed i was about there customer service from a prospective client and that the respectful way of doing it would have been to appolagise and to say that you will get back to me, all that was said was fine ill do that (he wasnt bothered at all and didnt care). My name or number wasnt taken to get back to me and no apology at all was given. If this is how they do their business then i dont want to be on the end of things of an issue comes up with a sale. Found them rude, disrespectful and very disappointing. Wouldn't buy off them.
Dealt with Phil's & team as a tenant: got a great flat, good service & everything was worry-free. Can't recommend more.
Abysmal customer service. They have failed to respond to any letters we have ever sent them and that's during the last five years. They introduced a contract renewal charge which has increased each year without any notification and have not had the decency to respond to my questions. Even sending things recorded delivery doesn't help they deny any knowledge of receiving it. They are partly the reason we moved out of the flat we were living at and 3 weeks later we are still trying to get our security deposit back with phone calls not being returned forcing us to take it to the ombudsman. Avoid at all costs even if it seems like the ideal property its not worth the hassle of dealing with this company.
Rebecca at KFH was extremely professional and easy to work to purchase our family home in Bromley (they were the agents managing the sale of the property that we bought). Highly recommended.

The supporting department\company doing the checks of the potential tenant and the guarantor are completely out of touch and waste everybody's time by not asking for the relevant information in the beginning rather than keep on doing it step by step which is frustrating for all parties involved.
Good service from start to finish on the sale of our property in Bromley recently. Good attention to detail, good communications and once an offer had been accepted were studious in following up - to successful completion. A very different experience from estate agents we have used in the (more distant) past!

I can’t reccomend Annie from the Bromley branch of Langford Russell enough. She was patient, kind and always willing to help without being pushy. She was extremely accomodating around my work schedule and stayed outside of work hours to view places with me. Every time a new property came on the marker, she would update me and was honest throughout the whole process about whether a house had gone under offer or was expected to within the day. If you want a letting agent that actually cares about you as opposed to the sale, Annie is truly the best person to ask for! I will be straight back to Langford Russell when I next move!
Absolutely ridiculous service. And don't even think of walking on the shoes you bought, its going to wear out in 5 steps you take ! Don't think of any refunds or replacement. Because all they care about is MONEY !
It was a pleasure to buy a house from Andrew and his team at JDM - as a buyer we felt that many estate agents were only really looking after the interests of the vendors, that was not the case with Andrew. We felt he was fairly representing both parties and looking out for all of our interests. He was a pleasure to deal with and the whole team managed the communications in a very efficient manner... IF we ever come to sell this place I can safely say JDM will be our first port of call!
It took some time to sell our property. JDM were patient in trying to find a buyer and attended many viewings. Regular updates and reports on progress are essential when marketing houses. We might have appreciated more regular contact, particularly once a buyer was found and the contract process underway.
Our property sold to a buyer, keen on the location, who viewed in November.Completion occurred 10 months after JDM's original valuation,and achieved considerably less than it's initial market value in Spring 2017.
