18th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)We had 4 estate agents come round to value our house. We instantly warmed to Jeremy and really trusted his valuation and honest feedback. His valuation was spot on and the experience we received from start to finish was outstanding. Jenny and Emma in particular were incredible, always pushing to get us exchanged as quickly as possible as we’d already moved our children’s schools so in a rush! They worked so well with our solicitors and the rest of the chain but most importantly they were brilliant with me who’s normally a complete stress head. We are currently selling another property in another area and I can honestly say the estate agents are nowhere near as good. JDM get 5 stars, they were absolutely brilliant! Thank you!

3rd Jan 2024 (15 weeks ago)Kenton Estate Agents have recently dealt with the sale of my property, for a small independent company they dealt with it perfectly. The sale of the property had a very intricate and sensitive matter attached. This was not a cut and dry house sale for Kenton to deal with whatsoever. Kelly Watling dealt with this matter with Professionalism, Integrity, Impartiality and most of all was the backbone in making the entire process very smooth from start to finish. Kelly was extremely informative, transparent and supportive throughout. A very trustworthy Agent which I would highly recommend!

Completed recently after some delays (on the buyer’s side) - Oliver and Louise were relentless in driving everything forward to get us over the line. They were steadfast and positive right throughout which was a solace to me. They constantly kept me updated and were fluid right through to respond and adjust as needed. They were the first and only estate agents I spoke to - I didn’t need to see anyone after them as I felt confident in moving forward with them. 3rd Apr 2024 (17 days ago)I'm a first time home byer and I was finding it hard to find a good mortgage adviser. I was then recommended Audrey at MMS from my cousin who is with them. I spoke to Audrey and she went through all the details and got me a mortgage in principle. Audrey also kept me up to date with better deals as they were coming out to get the best rates. Audrey and her team helped me from start to finish and I felt more relaxed. I would like to say a big thanks to Audrey and her team for everything they have done and I will defiantly keep using them as there service is fantastic. 100%?????

Ivan is still there and his experience of, and expertise in, the Orpington housing market is terrific. We tapped into this only last week!

18th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

The real star of the party was Poppy, I'm not sure I could have got through this without her!! Word of advice, don't pay peanuts for a solicitor, take their recommendation on the solicitor to use!
