From the very beginning to completion, Doug and his team provided an exceptional level of service and went above and beyond our expectations.<br><br>He worked extremely hard to manage the timeline, kept everything on track, and handled any problems that arose in a very efficient and professional way. His communication, dedication, and ability to find solutions made the whole process much smoother and less stressful.<br><br>One thing that really stood out was the special and unique video he and his team created to showcase the property. It showed his creativity, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to achieving the best result.<br><br>Doug was not just an estate agent — he was someone who truly cared and put in the extra effort throughout the whole journey. Lea Carty was particularly helpful in following up with the solicitors and dealing with the enquiries. I managed to move house in a few months and whole process went through as smoothly as possible.

He was honest, upfront and really knowledgeable about the properties.<br>He laid everything out for us, he communicated really well and made it such an enjoyable experience.
27th Jul 2026 (8 days ago)We had a really enjoyable experience with the team at B&K’s Brockley branch, particularly with Michelle who we worked with most closely. Communication was excellent throughout, by both phone and email. Whenever cover was needed, it was always arranged and communicated in advance to ensure continuity of availability. We were kept updated proactively throughout the process, often before we’d even thought to ask. We felt genuinely supported through the entire home-buying process, from booking our first viewing right through to completion. It’s been a real pleasure having the team’s support the whole way - thank you for helping us in our first-time buying journey!- 23rd Jul 2026 (12 days ago)Jack has been an excellent letting agent for me as a tenant. I’ve had a lot of problems with agents not willing to help me. Jack has done his upmost to find me a suitable place and has kept me in the loop the whole time and answered any questions I’ve had promptly. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Jack and Langford Russell again if needed. Highly recommend over any other local agents. As a single mum the process of renting has been difficult but thankfully with the help of this agent and agency it’s been smooth. Thank you ????????????

He was fantastic at communicating with everyone and the vendor offering honest and transparent advice.<br><br>They say an estate agent's real work starts after the sale is agreed to keep all parties posted, and Philip did this brilliantly. We always knew exactly where we stood despite the complexities, highly recommend.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
1st Jun 2026 (9 weeks ago)I have got to say that from day one we found Robert to be a very personable person & also, at a later stage, ditto to Mathew. We have enjoyed a fantastic relationship with the two of them throughout the whole process. We were kept informed, at every stage, as to where we were & what should be happening next. They were also very proactive concerning both the buyers & our solicitors when & as required. It has been fantastic to find two highly motivated people where nothing seemed too much trouble. We would both like to say a massive thank you for everything. We would certainly highly recommend them. John & Tracy

17th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

24th Jul 2026 (11 days ago)When we first rented out our property through this agency two years ago, everything went smoothly, so I never expected to be writing a review like this.<br><br>After one of our tenants moved out, we requested an updated tenancy agreement. The landlord approved the change, and we were told that a new agreement would be prepared. More than three weeks later, we are still waiting.<br><br>I have contacted the agency several times by email and phone and have also left voicemail messages. On one occasion, I received a callback and was told that a response to my email was being prepared, but nothing ever arrived. Since then, there has been complete silence.<br><br>I understand that administrative work can take time, but ignoring clients for weeks without any update is simply unacceptable. A quick email or phone call would have been enough to explain the delay.<br><br>It's very disappointing to see such a significant decline in communication and customer service. Based on our recent experience, I can no longer recommend this agency.- 15th Jul 2026 (20 days ago)Harry and Michael have been amazing!
