We have been delighted with their professionalism integrity and how they add value to the Agency and conveyancing process. We have no hesitation in recommending them above any others in this area of south east London ( and I say this as a Chartered Surveyor with 40 years experience in London markets).

The team are professional, responsive and clearly knowledgeable about the local market. Bridie has also been incredibly helpful, ensuring everything runs smoothly and dealing with queries promptly and efficiently. Laura has been equally supportive, demonstrating great attention to detail and providing clear communication at every stage. 5th Jun 2026 (14 days ago)Fantastic service from Jamie at Bryan & Keegan while selling our house. We had several valuations on our property, but felt that Jamie was the most honest and had excellent knowledge of the local market. The photography package was great, and after only one week on the market, we received five offers and secured the right buyer. It was the service Jamie provided after this stage that really went above and beyond. We were part of a complicated chain involving eight properties, and Jamie made sure all agents and parties were kept updated while continually pushing things forward. I honestly don't think we would have moved without his expertise, guidance, and advice throughout the process. If you're looking for an honest, hardworking estate agent in the area who truly goes the extra mile, Jamie is your man. Jamie and the team at Bracketts were brilliant and supportive throughout, and had it not been for them I don’t think we’d have ended up with the house we really wanted. Highly recommend Brackett’s Tonbridge.

They're diligent and patient , returned calls and responded to emails, always kept the lines of communication open. I'd had a pretty tough experience elsewhere prior to this, so I admit I asked way more questions than usual, but they were super reassuring every step of the way. I felt totally at ease right from the start. A big thank you to Edmund in Orpington.
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
1st Jun 2026 (18 days ago)I have got to say that from day one we found Robert to be a very personable person & also, at a later stage, ditto to Mathew. We have enjoyed a fantastic relationship with the two of them throughout the whole process. We were kept informed, at every stage, as to where we were & what should be happening next. They were also very proactive concerning both the buyers & our solicitors when & as required. It has been fantastic to find two highly motivated people where nothing seemed too much trouble. We would both like to say a massive thank you for everything. We would certainly highly recommend them. John & Tracy

9th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)5 starts purely for Kyra Naomi, we ended up enduring a 9month sale that was not straight forward and Kyra was attentive the entire time. Most people in this situation would give up or not be bothered as it took so long but Kyra was always on the phone or available by text never an issue. Great employee. TA did not act on behalf of me but Kyra was great to deal with.
14th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Dane at Oaks in South Norwood was a breath of fresh air - yes most agents can be annoying and hard work and yes its part of their job! Dane made this whole slightly painful process as good as it can be - he was communicative (sooo important), thorough and i felt he was honest as well and I built a trustful relationship with him. Would def recommend using Oaks and would use them again although not planning on moving again for a while!

They kept us informed every step of the way, communicated clearly, and were always easy to deal with. It was refreshing to speak to the same people throughout, which made the experience feel much more personal. They never came across as pushy or overly sales-focused - just genuine, professional, and supportive. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.
