He achieves this through clear and effective communication and is happy to go the extra mile to answer questions he does not immediately know. I would definitely recommend Pierre to anyone looking to rent in the area. His knowledge of the local area, available properties, and the overall process is second to none!

Sally was lovely, very patient and informative, always willing to answer our questions and accommodate our schedules to view the property (as we viewed it many times). Overall Sally and the Allen Heratige team were very accommodating and professional.
4th Apr 2026 (14 days ago)I recently had to sell my parents home in West Wickham following probate. It was quite an emotional and upsetting experience and difficult at times as I do not live locally. However, James and Hannah were extremely helpful and sensitive and often went above and beyond checking that things at the house were ok. The sale went through very smoothly and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alan de Maid.

24th May 2024 (1 year ago)This is the third time I have used Pridea to sell a property. Exactly the same experience every time. The property sells quickly with one robust sale that goes through to completion. Not my experience of using other estate agents in the area.
27th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)Very grateful to Stuart and Lewis at Bromley Property Company. They managed to sell my mother's house in less than a week for the full asking price. A very impressive feat given how tough the market is for sellers at the moment! They're extremely helpful, friendly people to deal with and did a great job of liaising between my mother and the buyer. To top it all off, their fees are much lower than most local estate agents. I'll definitely use Bromley Property Company when I sell my own property. Huge thanks, Stuart and Lewis!

Communication was consistently clear, prompt, and proactive — I was never left wondering what was happening. They kept me updated at every stage and were always available to answer questions or offer advice, which made what can be a stressful process feel much more manageable. What really stood out was how they drove the progress of the sale. They didn’t just sit back and wait for things to happen — they actively chased updates, coordinated between all parties, and kept everything moving forward. Their professionalism, persistence, and attention to detail made a real difference. 27th Mar 2026 (22 days ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

10th Apr 2026 (8 days ago)Hi Folks! Well this post is coming from one happy camper here in the USA. As you can imagine it’s not easy to sell a property while living in another country. I had a disappointing ride with an agent from another company and after a year with them discovered Integra Estates. I was a bit nervous going with a lesser known company but soon realised the upside of that. The attention to detail and the communication was STELLAR! Every step of the way I felt that they were pro active as far as getting me a buyer. Many companies will sign properties just to have numbers in their books and then leave you hanging but that’s not the case with Integra Estates. Michael was my agent, a super great guy that worked so hard to sell my bungalow. The location was tricky so he had his work cut out but found great buyers for me. I highly recommend Integra Estates and would use them over a high street agency any day of the week!

20th Feb 2026 (8 weeks ago)I wish I had instructed Paul to sell my property initially because it had languished with 2 well known agents for Months without any sensible sale plan/updates.<br>Paul offered straight talking, no nonsense advice. We had an offer within days of the viewings.<br>Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.
