20th Apr 2023 (2 years ago)I can’t thank the Leese and Nagel team enough, professional from start to finish, kept us updated throughout, their knowledge of the local market is second to none as well as finding us the ideal buyers to suit the house of our late Mother. She would be so happy. Leese and Nagel were honest, reliable and friendly while never letting their professionalism down. The whole team were superb. Thank you Rob, Louis and Catherine who we had personal dealings with but I have no doubt the rest of the team would be the same. Massive thank you from me, my brother and sister.

Illiana was very attentive and responsive, inderstanding my needs and preferences. She behaved all through my contact with her in with a first class professionalism in communicating and delaing with me. She instilled trust and I felt all along that she understood my needs and did not waste my time in selecting the appropriate properties to suit my needs - a great professional attribute in this industry. When she showed me the third property, I realized her attributes as an estate agent, that property ticked all the boxes for me. I do hightly recommend any potential buyer to choose the benefit of dealing with Illiana.

From start to finish, the team were professional, helpful, and incredibly easy to deal with. Communication throughout the process was excellent. I received frequent updates, so I always knew exactly what was happening with the sale. Whenever I had a question, the staff were easy to contact and quick to respond, which made the whole experience much less stressful. I would highly recommend Moorfields Estate Agents to anyone looking to sell their property. An excellent service all round!

29th Apr 2025 (11 mo. ago)We viewed a commercial unit in March 2025. We liked the unit and so were asked to put forward a proposal as there were other interested parties. We were then asked to put forward a further best and final offer. Following that, over one month later we have never heard from Alder King, despite chasing several times. Incredibly rude and unprofessional.

I feel they dedicated a very generous amount of time to getting my flat sold and they left no stone unturned in the process. I strongly recommend them.

22nd Oct 2025 (23 weeks ago)They erected signage in my garden without permission, and have failed to collect it now for ~3 months. I’ve called and requested its collection on three different occasions. It’s been littering the public footpath for a month now. That being said, the local dogs have taken a liking to it.
28th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)The staff in the Clevedon office are fantastic. Friendly, warm and approachable. I found the owners of the company to be rude and ignorant. On two occasions its taken over a week to respond to my emails. You would think as a new office they would do what's needed to stay proactive but this hasn't been my experience.
