He was managing the property we were buying and it was a very positive experience even though it was a long and stressful process due to issues further down the chain. Peter was generous in sharing his expertise in a warm and friendly way at every stage of the process and furthermore he was proactive and communicative in helping the purchase move along. If we ever move again (wont be for a while!) we will definitely be appointing Peter and highly recommend him and the team at Richard Harding to anyone looking for good estate agents!

During a sales process that was full of complications with solicitors, the support Joe and team provided was a huge source of comfort. Not only was the listing process professional resulting in immediate offers but the communication thereafter was frequent and clear. I couldn't recommend them enough for their considered, personal service.

Paul did our evaluation and stayed involved with our case where needed, but most of the hard work was done by Dom who was so personable, had initiative and did everything he possibly could to get our chain moving. Great service from the team

Gino, Lisa and Connor were super responsive and communicative, and I felt supported as a buyer from my first viewing to completion. I wish all estate agents were as good. I will definitely calling Gino if and when I ever want to sell!

The welcome pack I received when I moved in was unexpected but a really pleasant surprise, the move in and out was an uncomplicated process and would definitely use Romans in Swindon again if I ever move back there, I highly recommend them.
