I consider myself fortunate to have come across the property listed by G&L and managed by Vicky. Her understanding of needs, timescales and the necessary process was spot-on, and she provided valuable insight regarding potential improvements to the house. Vicky was exceptional throughout the buying process, and she played a crucial role in the conveyancing process and the successful outcome. I can wholeheartedly recommend Vicky and the services of Goodman and Lilley.

The company kept us informed and assured, making it easy for my partner and I. Special shout out to Daniel for providing such excellent customer service all the way, Chloe for a great end-process (also got a lovely Welcome Gift Box with lots of vouchers and essentials when collecting the keys), and Zenab for being so helpful and offering further support when we called up on the long bank holiday weekend. Couldn't recommend more!

He kept us up to date at all times & when there was a last minute issue he stepped up to solve it on behalf of Northwood . We would highly recommend both Matthew & Northwood to help you buy a home

The last 2 years have been very difficult with interest rate rises (tracker mortgage) & I have relied on the team at Chappell & Matthews to provide suitable new tenants with the shortest period between rentals. This last year has brought me into contact with a highly competent team of professionals in Chloe, Emily, Debra, Etima & Vanessa. Thank you & well done!

20th Nov 2023 (23 weeks ago)We recently purchased a property through Taylors Brislington, and the process was very straight forward. We encountered many of the standard solicitors delays as to be expected (no fault of the agents), however Maisie and Tom were always on the ball when it came to chasing 3rd parties for answers to keep the process moving forward. Polite, friendly and informative service - much better than what we had previously experienced at neighbouring agents and I would not hesitate to recommend Taylors Brislington to anyone else looking to purchase property in the local area. We will be using them again for certain.

18th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
25th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)What can I say , having my house on the market for nearly 9 months with another estate agents I changed to the property centre , within 2 days we had a viewing and an offer ( even managed another viewing a couple of days later ) ! Pleasure to deal with the description and picture are a on a different level compared with the other company and can’t recommend the property centre enough ! Thank you Louise ????

They were consistently responsive and professional, and it was a pleasure working with them. I also happen to think they do a great job with the photography and details of the listings that they represent, and as someone on the buy-side I can only say that I was impressed by the quality of the listings they represent.
8th Apr 2024 (21 days ago)I can't rate Gino and his team, especially Lisa, highly enough. We had a stressful time with both our's and the buyer's solicitors. However Gino and Lisa were friendly, helpful and very proactive in getting things moving forward. I don't think we would have had the sale complete without them. We had a difficult property to sell with challenging time constraints. They never failed to get back to me and keep us updated, much more useful than the solicitors ever were. Thank you Gino and Lisa, a very positive presence in an otherwise emotional and frustrating situation. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them. Chris
