Daniel Rees, the agent at Savilles, made the process of buying as smooth as it could be. He was a calm, thoughtful and easy to communicate with throughout the process. We would be happy to recommend using Savilles.

20th Feb 2026 (12 days ago)I have recently used Peter Morgan Letting Agents to advertise my rental property and find suitable tenants.<br>Not being from the area I originally arranged an appointment with another agency to view the house but after driving for a while to get there and organising my day around it the agent did not turn up as they forgot? It concerned me as how were they going to manage viewings?<br>Luckily I called Peter Morgan and the Letting Manager Camille arranged to call in on her way home.<br>I have to say she was excellent, really professional, knew the area inside out and listened to everything that I had to say about the type of tenants I was looking for.<br>Camille kept me updated constantly and found great tenants for my property.<br>I would not hesitate to recommend.

1st Nov 2025 (18 weeks ago)Our Experience with Property Plus We initially invited four local estate agents to value our property in Tonypandy. Having done our own due diligence, we already had a good idea of its market value. When the representative from Property Plus came to assess the property, she confidently claimed she could achieve a higher price and mentioned she had years of experience as a former surveyor. On that basis, we decided to give them a chance and proceeded on a sole agency agreement. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We were left with the impression that she was largely winging it. We received very few updates — no proactive phone calls after the limited number of viewings, and little to no genuine feedback from potential buyers. Most communication came via the occasional text or email, and overall the process felt very “hands off.” Any meaningful updates required us to visit the office in person, which, to be fair, was a much better experience and more in line with what we’d expected from the start. In summary, we felt trapped in a poor sole agency agreement and that the three-month term was largely wasted due to a lack of communication, feedback, and follow-up.

James was a very nice chap, had deep knowledge of the local market and suggested the listing price I was expecting. The fees were very reasonable and the whole process ran quickly and smoothly. The drone shots of the house were impressive, excellent photography and very quick to get listed on all of the main platforms such as Right Move and Zoopla. HRT arranged multiple viewings the first week following listing and I recieved an offer at the asking price one week after listing. Extremely impressed and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend HRT. They would certianly be my first port of call if we were to sell a house again.
