19th Apr 2024 (1 year ago)I feel from the start they didnt do as said , putting up my house for the agreed amount, questioning me why I dont want to accept 1st offer on 1st viewing . Communication not so good, not friendly I wouldn't recommend again after using them twice previously .

He photographed and marketed our property exceptionally well. It had been advertised with another agent for months (with no interest) but within a few days of going live with Peter Morgan we were under offer following a first viewing. Both Michelle and Gregg are amazing and I can’t fault the service received from them. Michelle makes you feel so welcome whenever you speak with her and makes you feel so comfortable too. Amazing team 100% recommend

Kim, Denise and the team kept us updated throughout the entire process, answered any questions we had and made sure that buying our forever home was the best experience! 24th Mar 2025 (13 weeks ago)We had a second viewing with Gina and Naomi of Porthcawl Branch. They were very friendly and explained that this was a new property to them as the girl we had originally met had left the business. Both Gina and Naomi were very professional and gave us all the answers to any questions we had. Naomi had the task of being the go between landlord and tennants. We had a lot of questions and she kept us updated at every step of the process. Unfortunatley there were a few problems with property, unknown to Gina and Naomi, but they quickly and efficiently dealt with the problems. As you can imagine we as new tennants were stressed but they reassured us they would contact the landlord and get the answers. They always kept their word. Hats off to them they were superb. Thank you Gina and Naomi.
22nd Jun 2024 (11 mo. ago)Firstly I was put into a damp flat with no heating whatsoever, after developing severe asthma & chest issues they moved me into another flat where Alison George now fine me £100 a time for parking outside my own home. Disgusting company, avoid at all costs.

20th Jun 2025 (1 day ago)I going unfortunately to have to only a 1 star. I brought a house at the end of the last year. It look all good when daughter looked and when moved in. A few days after the we moved the neighbour brought to our attention that house had a few problems. One being a mayor problem. You have to take it a face value. Around 2 months it looks like we have got a mayor problem, potential caused by subsidence. I am asking estate agent about things and they not being to helpful. My neighbour was caught my estate agent warning people about not to buy the house. This must be true becuasecthe neighbour gotva very nasty text off the seller not to speak to potential buyers Unfortunately my neighbour or did speak to my daughter, fiancée and potential father in law. I am saying estate agent knew of faults. I potentially got a nightmare house on my case and I would like the estate agent clear up a few things so I can go armed with the right info to seek proper legal advice.

Even quickly sorted out a second viewing of the property for my son. A lovely, more personal approach to buying a house. Will recommend to anyone I know buying/selling!
