14th Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)Avoid!!! Scam!!!! I’ve “won” this washing machine, basically I’ve won 2 washing machines in this lot… ohh wait: ive won the one it looks like it was in a car crash!!!! ???? I’ve complained of course… and they just void my invoice, and they refused to give me the machine in better conditions… by law they have to!!!!!!! So… I can conclude this is a scam, be careful, don’t spend your hardworking earned money with them!!! Some of this people don’t deserve to have a job.

No hesitation in recommending Fisher German.
31st Mar 2025 (29 days ago)A big thank you to Laura, Claire and the team at BFL for all the hard work they did to sell Mum’s house. We particularly appreciated them carrying out tasks for us that would have been difficult for us as we live so far away. We found their advice and guidance helpful and it was reassuring that they took pains to ensure the security of the empty house. It all helped to make a difficult job less stressful.

21st Aug 2024 (8 mo. ago)Advertising with incorrect details and 2/3 weeks later not updated. Viewing experience was great Freddie was professional and knowledgeable. The property we were interested in was a redevelopment of old law chambers in Chester City centre - the pricing didn’t seem to make sense based on advertised measurements - when an offer was made based on this we were advised that their advert was incorrect - the property remains advertised with the old measurements including a property already sold which is said by Jackson Stops to have been considerably smaller than advertised - whilst builder and agents indemnify themselves by suggesting the purchaser should confirm sizes - it feels disingenuous. We are still awaiting the revised sizes which at one point they had but have since said they await from architects.

Their expertise goes beyond the ordinary realms of agricultural good practice, with a team member at Rostons always able to assist no matter the issue at hand.

Fridge did not work for 14 months and they attended to arrange a replacement in August 2022. This didn’t get installed until October 2023. In this time, the freezer stopped working. The Dishwasher stopped working. Our sinks were blocked from the previous tenant, the balcony doorframes were rotten, they’d lost the keys for the window in the bedroom, the previous tenant had left furniture despite it being unfurnished. They said it had “freshly been painted” and then in the inventory put “in 2017”. Then, we had a leak behind our toilet, and the toilet was constantly flushing, it took them over 2 months to address this and inflicted a £600 bill which they have refused to contribute towards. Their service is abysmal, their understanding of regulation is appalling, and I would warn any tenant off letting with Mistoria. I am approaching the property ombudsman. Edit** - The white goods were replaced after 14 MONTHS. Your response is utter rubbish.
