When we called and gave the details on the property that we were looking for they hit the mark with suggestions and nothing ever seemed like to much of annoyance. The response time with emails and telephone calls was very good and no question was to big or to small. I can’t thank the team at Lesley hooks for making the transition of moving properties one of the easiest experiences moving homes.

From the moment I met with Claire who valued the house and gave excellent advice, was honest and friendly, I knew I had made the right choice. It could have potentially been a challenging process as I live in a different part of the country, but Jackie and the wider team made the process stress free. Jackie is very professional, knowledgeable, provided support, is incredibly friendly and approachable. Communication was key and I was kept informed at all stages of the sale. Thank you to an outstanding team!
9th Jan 2024 (6 mo. ago)Avoid Karl Tatler Bebington, no communication, keep telling you excuses, no answers to phone calls, they don't even know about what they are doing. Every time new person replying your calls and guess what they saying, I am new, not familiar with your case.... asking same question again and again to you. Would you call that " time wasting or unprofessionality" ?

He can advise on all aspects of house moving, knows the best professionals to use, and on more than one occasion worked tirelessly to dig us out of what was looking to be a serious problem. It's nearly 50 years since we last moved and we really valued the help he provided.
