Can't recommend Harvey Richards and West highly enough. Friendly, professional and straightforward to deal with. They know the market inside out and provided honest advice, a realistic valuation and an approach that worked where others had failed.

They did so with such care and professionalism, significantly reducing all those stresses often associated with renting property. So when it came to selling this house, we looked no further. Here again, Colebrook Sturrock's thoughtfulness and professionalism was evident throughout. We were kept constantly informed about the progress of visits and responses, and when it came to receiving an offer, they ensured everything went smoothly to a successful conclusion for all concerned. I only have praise for Colebrook Sturrock and their lettings and sales teams.

We have spoken to a lot of agents in Canterbury during our house hunting and from the get go were seriously impressed by how thorough and responsive they are, with excellent local knowledge.
26th Jan 2024 (14 weeks ago)Whilst they did not sell the house as quickly as I would have liked they did eventually achieve a price acceptable to us. The market was very difficult at this time and the continual increase in interest rates did not help - not warranted in my view. All Foundation staff were very helpful, pleasant and professional.
30th Jul 2023 (9 mo. ago)PLEASE READ THIS! The agency has low standards and poor principles when it comes to honesty. We were interested on a property we found on zoopla so we call the agency to arrange a viewing. The agent said we had to wait for 2 weeks as the person in charged of the viewings was on annual leave. After 2 weeks waiting we called again and been told viewings wouldn't start for another 2 weeks. We called the office and left message but the agent never returned the call. The property was rented 2 days after. What a waste of time!

Went into Faversham office who put me at ease from the start the girls in the office ahandled everything thing very professionally from then on the girls in the office looked after getting my property let with in about a month found suitable tenants and delt with changing over all amenities completed very smoothly highly recommend Breadings

19th Nov 2023 (24 weeks ago)I recently had the displeasure of having Phillip Ellis manage my two properties, I'm compelled to share my profoundly unsatisfactory experience. Having initially connected with a staff member at a networking event, the reality of working with this company fell far short of expectations. The litany of unprofessionalism began with the inexcusable allowance of early tenant access to one property, a blatant violation of the contract terms. In the other property, a shocking lack of property inspections persisted for an entire year, leaving my investment at the mercy of neglect. Critical paperwork was not only mishandled but also lost, contributing to a pervasive lack of communication from this company. Despite my persistent efforts to address these issues, there was no acknowledgment of fault or a hint of an apology. To say that Phillip Ellis fell short of their promises would be an understatement. The level of unprofessionalism exhibited throughout my dealings with them has been beyond poor. I cannot emphasise enough the sheer frustration and disappointment this company has caused. In conclusion, my encounter with Phillip Ellis stands out as one of the worst business experiences. Their complete lack of accountability, awful communication, and unfulfilled promises make them a company to avoid at all costs. Spare yourself the headache and explore alternative options for your property management needs

22nd Dec 2023 (19 weeks ago)Massively overvalued to get us to sign up, then got pressured to lower price just after two weeks as there was no intrest. Only 4 viewings in 3 months even after dropping price by 25k after a month. Viewings were done by different staff each time that were late and didn’t know anything about the house. Marketing was poor. I did not feel that Wards had our best interest at heart, we were just a number to them. Disappointed we signed a 20 week contract, never going with a chain agency again, we learned our lesson. We’ve now relisted with a small local independent firm ????

13th Jan 2024 (16 weeks ago)I bought an house through James Perry Estate Agents and Perry was very helpful from start to finish, not like other Estate Agents who work 9am-5pm, I called him many times late and he answered or called back straight away. Very knowledgeable in the house game, also Megan who is part of the team was very proffessionally, much more helpful than other bigger Estate Agents. Would definately reccomend James Perry Estate Agents to anyone who needs them, first class service from start to finish.
