4th Jun 2025 (9 days ago)Do not use these agents. Absolute disgrace. I was renting one of their properties and when I moved out and gave back keys I was told I would be contacted about my deposit. A month has gone by I was chasing with emails and got a reply saying they will look into it. Its been 2 months and 4 emails and still I havent heard back from them. I dont even know what the issue is they just refuse to reply.

Isabelle Greaves the associate in charge of the sale was so helpful and enthusiastic and guiding us through the whole process including co-ordinating with our solicitors. We would thoroughly recommend Jackson-Stops of Sevenoaks.
24th Feb 2025 (16 weeks ago)I've not been party to their services but have been in communication with the owner of this business and their office in Ramsgate. They are unprofessional, quick to argue and do not seem to care for the communities that their tenants impact with their antisocial behaviour. If you need any more evidence of their lack of professionalism, look no further than their responses to other dissatisfactory reviews. Quite a shame.

Not only was she active at getting in touch with us she also helped us find our perfect property which wasn't even put online yet! Not forgetting the very quick email replies and the smooth process through it all! I cant thank you enough!

Would thoroughly recommend their services. Mitchell Bourner was a trojan in dealing with a sometime crazed client. Many thanks to all the team.

Firstly my late fathers house in March from valuation to completion Jordan and David were kind, respectful and kept us informed during the sale on everything that was happening and really helped us making a very difficult journey more bearable as it was our family home for over 60 years so it was very emotional. Jordan found the perfect buyers. Jordan also sold our home last week and again from start to finish we were helped along the way, nothing was too much trouble and we could contact her anytime. We feel like old friends now Jordan was professional and efficient and so approachable that we didn't mind asking even the most trivial question. What could have been a very stressful time was made easier knowing Jordan was always there! Thank you Jordan, David and Godwin Curtis you've been brilliant and we highly recommend you!

27th May 2025 (17 days ago)Contacted Dreams to arrange a viewing on a property we had seen on Rightmove. Appointment was booked & I was given detailed information about the property so we could decide if we still wanted to view it. The property had structural issues but Dreams were very transparent about them. We did the viewing & Andrew was very friendly but professional & had the answers to our questions which is rare with some agents & the viewing was not rushed. We were also promised some photographs which were emailed to me that afternoon. Dealing with Dreams was a pleasure & would definitely recommend them & other agents could learn from this company.

We had arranged to view at 12:30pm, as confirmed in an email, only to arrive and no one was there. My husband saw voicemail left on his phone from Martyn confirming our appointment for 1:30pm so we gave benefit of the doubt and assumed an admin error. We returned at 1:30pm and waited, Martyn did not show up and was not reachable via his phone nor the company's number after numerous attempts. We then looked back on Rightmove and the property was off the market and has since been removed. We were given no communication of this to cancel the viewing. We've completely had our time wasted twice today. ????
