We have spoken to a lot of agents in Canterbury during our house hunting and from the get go were seriously impressed by how thorough and responsive they are, with excellent local knowledge.
25th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)Market conditions meant that any estate agent would have failed to sell my property. As a widower I need to down-size, but I am not giving my property away at any price.
26th Jan 2024 (14 weeks ago)Whilst they did not sell the house as quickly as I would have liked they did eventually achieve a price acceptable to us. The market was very difficult at this time and the continual increase in interest rates did not help - not warranted in my view. All Foundation staff were very helpful, pleasant and professional.
30th Jul 2023 (9 mo. ago)PLEASE READ THIS! The agency has low standards and poor principles when it comes to honesty. We were interested on a property we found on zoopla so we call the agency to arrange a viewing. The agent said we had to wait for 2 weeks as the person in charged of the viewings was on annual leave. After 2 weeks waiting we called again and been told viewings wouldn't start for another 2 weeks. We called the office and left message but the agent never returned the call. The property was rented 2 days after. What a waste of time!
4th Apr 2024 (30 days ago)First time as a landlord selected Breadings as my agent. Went into Faversham office who put me at ease from the start the girls in the office ahandled everything thing very professionally from then on the girls in the office looked after getting my property let with in about a month found suitable tenants and delt with changing over all amenities completed very smoothly highly recommend Breadings
14th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Exception personal service, skill and knowledge. Not only did he sell our house within a week, after a previous agent tried for 3 months and only managed 2 viewings, but sold it so someone we really liked and at the right price. Outstanding

22nd Dec 2023 (19 weeks ago)Massively overvalued to get us to sign up, then got pressured to lower price just after two weeks as there was no intrest. Only 4 viewings in 3 months even after dropping price by 25k after a month. Viewings were done by different staff each time that were late and didn’t know anything about the house. Marketing was poor. I did not feel that Wards had our best interest at heart, we were just a number to them. Disappointed we signed a 20 week contract, never going with a chain agency again, we learned our lesson. We’ve now relisted with a small local independent firm ????

We were doubtful as heard this before and the house had been on the market for over a year. Well less then two weeks an offer was in and the house is sold. would highly recommend Mark and also Agency UK to anyone trying to sell in this tough market

13th Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)Very unprofessional. Simon advertised a company(bar/nightclub) for sale as "confidential" to which i called and book an appointment. Turns out the club they were advertising is NOT the nightclub they told me over the phone. I have spoken to the owners of the club which told me its not for sale......Once i mentioned this i have received no reply. Feels very much like a "bait and switch" which in UK is completely illegal, reported to ASA for false advertising.
