They even secured me a buyer no messing around but unfortunately matters beyond my control I couldn’t go ahead and once again they were understanding and patient. Once the situation changes I will be going back to shipways. They are the best literally - well done shipways

They helped me in a professional manner and short time for documents processing. Also, when I signed the contract, they surprised us with a welcome gift box, very kind of them.
5th Jul 2023 (10 mo. ago)I paid my last months rent despite the house being empty in good faith, to then have them try and wangle your deposit from you after you went above and beyond to leave the house in a better condition than you got it and worse part is only lived there 8 months, I had 80% house freshly painted, had brand new oven fitted, left fitted blinds and matching lightshades and they STILL try and rinse you! It's really bad I am absolutely gutted!
23rd Jan 2020 (4 years ago)Estate agents, very often, get a bad press. I can honestly say that SEL are totally different. Tony and his team are so professional, helpful and friendly. Everything went as smooth as clockwork, thanks to their efficiency. Wouldn't use anyone else. Full marks.

Together with his business partner Chris Mobbs they created plenty of viewings culminating in a good sale price. The marketing strategy was above and beyond others and the communication always timely and helpful. Overall we feel that F&C offer a very professional and personal service.

Communication was all one way - from us and unless we asked we heard nothing. When we did speak it all just seemed like typical "sales patter". I never imagined an estate agent would be so helpful in every area of selling my house; and my expectations are high. The cost was less than half everyone else quoted me.

25th Jun 2023 (10 mo. ago)Contacted this estate agents about a property for rent. I wanted to schedule a viewing for the week but only one person was able to show the house who wasn't available at the time we requested. I've made 3 attempts to now contact this individual and they have still not replied or returned my phonecall. Disgusting service. Renting property shouldn't be this hard.
