10th Jun 2025 (7 days ago)I visited Carters and asked them to contact me when a two bedroom ground floor flat came available at Coniston Court , Nuneaton. One was then advertised for rent and one for sale but no contact forthcoming. I then arranged a viewing for the sale flat and, during viewing, another couple suddenly appeared inside the property, although I was given no notice this was to happen by the accompanying Carter’s agent who said nothing any stage. I then telephoned an offer for the flat and was promised a call back within two days. As before, there was no call back to press- after ten days. For both buyer and vendor, this is unprofessional and deplorable. How firms like this stay in business is beyond me!
7th Mar 2025 (15 weeks ago)Is the second time when we rent through Connells and we had again a good experience. Marnee she was the best! She helped us finding a new home after we received Section 21 from previous landlord. We found the house and had the keys in 3 days which was amazing. I would happily recommend her.She has been our support!

Jan in particular is an extremely professional and knowledgeable lady, she returned telephone calls when asked, often within minutes and provided guidance throughout the process. She also provided me with details of a specialist service as I was having difficulty locating one. I also feel I need to mention Steve, what a great chap, professional and knowledgeable in his field of expertise! I would not hesitate to use them again if needed. I would 100% recommend them for any sale or purchase. Thanks again Martin & Co!

They restored my faith in estate agents, very professional and extremely helpful as living a great distance from the sale they operated expertly. I must pick out Robbie for special mention - helpful, friendly, chatty, professional, goes that extra mile. Thanks Robbie, when we’re back in Uk I’ll pop in.

She worked tirelessly to find us the right buyer and stayed with us until the sale completed, we cannot thank her enough for her dedication, kindness and professionalism.

Even though she was the Agent further up the chain and not actually dealing with our sale she managed the process providing an efficient and crucial link in a chain of 4 properties. Honest and informative at all times, she made us trust the process and I can't recommend her highly enough!

16th May 2025 (5 weeks ago)Finding a house to rent takes a lot of time. In my experience for the first time, it took us 3 to 4 months. This time, it only took us a few days with Maison Estates. Jay has been such a huge help. he doesn't make the experience feel like your just finding another HOUSE but he makes sure you feel like this is indeed gonna be your new HOME. It's truly a wonderful experience! Thank you Jay and Maison Estates!
27th May 2025 (21 days ago)This might sound like a sales pitch but I’m genuinely chuffed with Wilkins!… I’ve recently purchased a property through Wilkins. Emerson was a great help from start to finish. Was instrumental in helping us initially purchasing our property. He was always there to speak to when needed, even out of hours. Paul, who went out out of his way to recommend areas, and viewins was a really top bloke. Jade, who bent over backward to get our sale over the line.. did things we never expected her to do! After using a few estate agents, I Would definitely recommend Wilkins to anybody looking to buy or sell within the area. Without them, I wouldn’t be in the property I’m chuffed about!

Adam, Karen and the rest of the team have been fantastic throughout. They were happy to show potential buyers around (there were many) and kept me updated on each viewing. They kept me updated on all aspects of the sale with regular phone calls making the whole process much easier to bear. I would definitely recommend Jowett & Stone to anyone and wouldn’t consider using any other estate agents for any future sale.
