Fast responses to emails, quick phone call follow ups, respectful and professional manner both in appearance and knowledge when doing the house viewings. 25th Nov 2025 (23 weeks ago)It’s really important to find an estate agent that can market, generate interest and ultimately get that sale you are wanting and Alexander’s can do this. What most people forget about is the process from accepting that offer to completion day, which can be a long time, in a long chain, with long delays from various solicitors and issues that arise. Molly Mcbride at Alexander’s is extremely tenacious, educated and has your back all the way to the finish line. She single handedly progressed our whole chain, constantly chasing up and down, jumping over every hurdle and there was a few! Had we chosen another estate agent I would still be waiting to exchange, it’s opened my eyes into how important it is to make sure you instruct the right estate agent with the right people. Thank you so much Molly!

Will kept us up to date with any offers and viewings, and gave great insight into final offers which enabled us to make an informed decision for final sale. Sam was amazing at showing viewings round, great local knowledge and really listened about specific house details. Overall the whole team have been wonderful and cannot fault their knowledge, listing or communication. Wonderful experience, would highly recommend

We have been dealing with Stevie at Anderson briggs throughout and have had a really positive experience from start to finish. Stevie was professional, responsive, and made what can often be a stressful process feel much more manageable. She answered my many many questions and updated us along the whole process. Overall we had such a good experience and we couldn’t recommend Anderson Briggs enough, especially Stevie who was so lovely thank you again.

Despite numerous challenges that were no fault of hers, Vicky remained positive and professional at all times. She was upbeat, solution focussed and never once lost heart or patience with me. 2nd Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)If you've always dreamed of being an estate agent yourself, then go with connells. They'll gladly make you do all the work and charge you for the privilege. In between trying to swindle us to use their zero deposit scheme, conveniently owned by the same parent company, and seemingly always being "out on viewings" I wonder how they find the time to reply to our emails after the the 4th time of asking. Landlords for the love of god just use openrent instead and save yourself £££.
