Our property sold within a few days, all due to their hard work, and the support we have received from them all through has been incredible. Together with his business partner Chris Mobbs they created plenty of viewings culminating in a good sale price. The marketing strategy was above and beyond others and the communication always timely and helpful. Overall we feel that F&C offer a very professional and personal service.

From the very start every aspect of the process was handled by them in an extremely professional confident way. Excellent photos and brochure, every viewing was handled by them and every stage of the sale was managed by them. We were confident in knowing the whole process was being totally professionally managed. We would only choose Whiteheads for our future estate agency business.

They also phone to update you. They do the viewings and then you get feedback. I had the most dealings with Liz and Poppy and they are just professional, fabulous and make you feel like nothing is too much trouble.

I wanted to schedule a viewing for the week but only one person was able to show the house who wasn't available at the time we requested. I've made 3 attempts to now contact this individual and they have still not replied or returned my phonecall. Disgusting service. Renting property shouldn't be this hard.
