Jasmine is knowledgeable and thorough, she laid out our purchase options in a way that was easy to understand and helped us get into a strong position to secure our next property. 15th Jul 2026 (21 days ago)I have never before experienced such a poor service. Emails and messages go unanswered and when you are able to make contact they are rude and unprofessional. The whole of our chain has completed and moved apart from those using Bagshaws. As the solicitors are also part of their chain/group this has become increasingly difficult to get a clear idea of what is going on. Yes I have made a formal complaint, after being denied access to this process. I was also asked if I would like to close the complaint after 1 small update, needless to say that was the only update I have had, so I am continuing this process. I
21st May 2026 (11 weeks ago)Fine & Country did a great job getting viewings and a proceedable offer with a house that was not without sales challenges, and also in a difficult market. Once the offer was accepted Olivia did a really essential job in smoothing things through the period towards completion. With an unusual and difficult situation arising at the last minute she was instrumental in ‘getting it done’. Thank you also to Daniel who in early Jan told me he’d get an offer by Easter and he did. Job well done. Would recommend.

It was important to us that we found tenants that would look after the property and be respectful of neighbours. We wanted to be responsible landlords, conscious that our property would be someone’s home. With Kerry’s honed expertise, she offered a selection of people and we secured the perfect tenants for our property. We found we could wholly rely on Kerry’s advice, who made the process efficient and hassle free. We felt she dealt with us with the utmost integrity and professionalism. She is very knowledgeable, answered all our queries and was very mindful of our requirements.<br>During the management of the property Sophie proved to be responsive, always answering the phone quickly, getting back to us when promised and dealing with management issues. We also found it useful to be reminded when landlord responsibilities were due for renewal and welcomed the comprehensive inspection reports.<br>The end of the tenancy process was well managed.<br>We would highly recommend Northwood’s management services.<br>Thank you to the whole team at Northwood.<br><br>Updated review following sale of the property<br><br>Northwood’s sales team were first class supporting us all the way through what at times can prove to be a very demanding process. The listing of the property went very smoothly and the quality of the photographs to support the sale were excellent. Viewings were dealt with by Northwood and were conducted in a very professional manner. We were informed at all times about the viewings and any feedback received from potential buyers. The house sold in the first week of being listed and we felt confident that the follow on process leading to completion was in safe hands. The solicitors recommended by Northwood were first rate and the process was relatively straight forward. Communication with Annie and Abi have been fantastic answering all our questions when requested and keeping us informed of progress all the way through from listing to completion. Special mention to Abi for chasing the solicitors and helping to move things forward while keeping us in the loop at all times. Annie and her team delivered for us and we could not ask for more. She got our sale over the line incredibly quickly and, most importantly, without any mishaps or unnecessary stress.<br>Having previously had two house purchases fall through, I was expecting the process to be difficult, but they completely changed my experience. Communication was excellent throughout and she kept everything moving.<br>Demi’s professionalism, efficiency, and dedication made all the difference.<br>Thanks to her hard work we completed far quicker than we ever expected. If you're looking for an estate agent who genuinely gets results and takes the stress out of moving, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

They were able to achieve a higher selling price than even my property was previously listed for with another agent after the offer was accepted. that high level of service continued all the way through to completion date. 25th Nov 2025 (8 mo. ago)It’s really important to find an estate agent that can market, generate interest and ultimately get that sale you are wanting and Alexander’s can do this. What most people forget about is the process from accepting that offer to completion day, which can be a long time, in a long chain, with long delays from various solicitors and issues that arise. Molly Mcbride at Alexander’s is extremely tenacious, educated and has your back all the way to the finish line. She single handedly progressed our whole chain, constantly chasing up and down, jumping over every hurdle and there was a few! Had we chosen another estate agent I would still be waiting to exchange, it’s opened my eyes into how important it is to make sure you instruct the right estate agent with the right people. Thank you so much Molly!
18th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.

1st Aug 2026 (4 days ago)We had heard that selling a house is a stressful experience. However we found that it isn’t, if GianFranco at Hortons is acting for you! From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.

One niggle is that when staff answer the phone they don’t give their name and which office they are at. It’s a bit unprofessional and you never know who you are talking to.
