30th Dec 2025 (25 weeks ago)My experience with Gadsby Nichols during my recent sale was extremely positive. Communication between me and the buyer was handled by Liz and Trish. They helped move the process along and kept me informed of any progress. When I was let down by a removal firm at the last minute, they stepped in quickly and were able to recommend a reliable alternative. The team were supportive without being overbearing, which helped make the whole thing far less stressful, particularly as I was in the middle of a chain. Any questions or issues were dealt with promptly, and the team were knowledgeable and professional. I would be happy to recommend them to others.

21st May 2026 (30 days ago)Fine & Country did a great job getting viewings and a proceedable offer with a house that was not without sales challenges, and also in a difficult market. Once the offer was accepted Olivia did a really essential job in smoothing things through the period towards completion. With an unusual and difficult situation arising at the last minute she was instrumental in ‘getting it done’. Thank you also to Daniel who in early Jan told me he’d get an offer by Easter and he did. Job well done. Would recommend.

As you know moving can be so stressful, but Demi always found a way to help everything move forward properly. Demi was so helpful and understanding, and she really brightened up my day with such a warm and delightful smile. Such a lovely young lady! I definitely would recommend, Demi was fantastic

17th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)Beware when your purchaser takes out a mortgage through your estate agent Would like to give zero but not allowed . In my opinion Ashbourne Bagshaws Residential protected a so called ‘hot buyer ‘ to the detriment of my sale. Helen (manager) lied to my face and said sale was going well . All the while she knew the so called ‘buyer’ had no mortgage or buildings regulations for a conversion ie not proceedable . Nor even had they 5 weeks later carried out the security checks for conveyance . I lost property after property . This is now a law suit and far from me being a tricky vendor the purchaser were not proceedable at that time. Over 4 months later l withdrew as still no Exchange . Connells the owner of Bagshaws Residential were willing to completely forget their duty to me in favour of this so called hot buyer . They were happy to let this go on month after month until the purchaser was able to proceed. In my opinion it is dishonest to favour a buyer because they were purchasing their mortgage through Connells .

Cannot fault abode for their professionalism, communication and getting the viewers in to view the house. Always kept us informed on any little matter, viewings and feedback . So pleased we decided to go with abode. The sales team did a fantastic job keeping us informed throughout the entire process. Yasmin, Antonia, and Hannah were consistently kind, professional, and clear in their communication, which made everything feel much smoother. The lettings team were equally impressive during our time as tenants. Any issues were handled promptly and efficiently, and we always felt well looked after. Annabel and Olivia were outstanding property managers, proactive, approachable, and always keeping us in the loop. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our experience and would highly recommend Marble to anyone renting or buying.
25th Nov 2025 (6 mo. ago)It’s really important to find an estate agent that can market, generate interest and ultimately get that sale you are wanting and Alexander’s can do this. What most people forget about is the process from accepting that offer to completion day, which can be a long time, in a long chain, with long delays from various solicitors and issues that arise. Molly Mcbride at Alexander’s is extremely tenacious, educated and has your back all the way to the finish line. She single handedly progressed our whole chain, constantly chasing up and down, jumping over every hurdle and there was a few! Had we chosen another estate agent I would still be waiting to exchange, it’s opened my eyes into how important it is to make sure you instruct the right estate agent with the right people. Thank you so much Molly!
18th Jul 2024 (1 year ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.
