The team was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. Communication was clear and prompt, and everything was handled efficiently. They made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!

I know I am not an easy client—I withdrew from the very first house because it had issues I was not happy with, so we targeted another property. Jasmine handled everything for me, and everything ran absolutely smoothly.<br><br>Her service is an absolute 6-star service! I highly recommend her!
11th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)Wouldn’t recommend at all! We brought a house through bagshaws mickolover branch! They would never answer the phone! Then when we eventually got in touch after ringing the derby branch which were brilliant and really helpful they got in touch with them to tell them to call us back! I then received a phone call of a rude man from mickolover branch who basically said unless you leave a voicemail no one will call back! Why have a phone line if no one answers! Only if there is a voicemail? Really unprofessional and wouldn’t buy an house through them again!
21st May 2026 (18 weeks ago)Fine & Country did a great job getting viewings and a proceedable offer with a house that was not without sales challenges, and also in a difficult market. Once the offer was accepted Olivia did a really essential job in smoothing things through the period towards completion. With an unusual and difficult situation arising at the last minute she was instrumental in ‘getting it done’. Thank you also to Daniel who in early Jan told me he’d get an offer by Easter and he did. Job well done. Would recommend.

Helpful, professional, keen, very friendly and with a real "can do" approach. Have already recommended them to friends. Particular thanks go to Annie and Abi. Our sale went really well from initial consultation, pricing, "set dressing" & photography, accompanied viewings, closing the deal and expediting the sale process, through to handover. Everyone was friendly, helpful and professional, and Demi in particular went above and beyond to support us. The photography was also fantastic and really showcased our home. 25th Aug 2026 (28 days ago)I instructed Bagshaws to sell our family home having had a very poor experience with another agent in Ashbourne. Helen and the team were fantastic from start to finish. Extremely professional, understanding and kept me informed at all points. The process was simpler and smoother than I could ever have expected. I would recommend Bagshaws to anyone looking to buy/sell.
18th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Had my property managed by them . Not happy with the way they handled when it came to an issue with tenant . The person in charge have not returned any of my calls dispite many messages left . Nobody took any responsibility on misshandeling and mistakes that was made .<br>I am still waiting for the last tenant to remove the rubbish they left in garden which will cost me a good couple of hunderd and the deposit has been returned without solving this issue.The property was left dirty also . It looks like nobody did their job and no last inspection was done .<br>I was told it was let to a letting company and their effort to contact them has failed .<br>All that management fees are to avoid this kind of problems or so I thought.

Found the staff to be quite aggressive on this point. Quite an unpleasant experience.

Once James took over, everything ran incredibly smoothly and his communication throughout the whole process was exceptional. 25th Nov 2025 (9 mo. ago)It’s really important to find an estate agent that can market, generate interest and ultimately get that sale you are wanting and Alexander’s can do this. What most people forget about is the process from accepting that offer to completion day, which can be a long time, in a long chain, with long delays from various solicitors and issues that arise. Molly Mcbride at Alexander’s is extremely tenacious, educated and has your back all the way to the finish line. She single handedly progressed our whole chain, constantly chasing up and down, jumping over every hurdle and there was a few! Had we chosen another estate agent I would still be waiting to exchange, it’s opened my eyes into how important it is to make sure you instruct the right estate agent with the right people. Thank you so much Molly!
18th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.
6th Sep 2026 (16 days ago)Avoid this company they made buying our first home an awful experience. I’d especially advise you to avoid Susie Ralston and Paul Howell. Told me the role as an estate agent is to list and sell a property and any chasing of a chain is simply a good will gesture and falls outside of the estate agent’s ethics.<br>They had the audacity to advise thier contact log showed 32 contact points since April. Yes 32 times I had to chase and ask for updates to which I was met with nothing meaningful and to contact my solicitor. They also had the cheek to say I knew the vendors daughter in law so I had updates from them - shouldn’t have to justify I know sometime from a school run not personally as a friend.<br>Ignored my complaint request for compensation.<br>Property onbudsman is my next step.
1st Aug 2026 (7 weeks ago)We had heard that selling a house is a stressful experience. However we found that it isn’t, if GianFranco at Hortons is acting for you! From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.

With different issues throughout the process Kirsty and Will helped us move forward to completion.<br>Couldn't recommend Rotson Lund highly enough!
17th Jul 2026 (10 weeks ago)Georgia at Belper office was absolutely brilliant. She was the only professional in our house chain that pushed to get information and get the deal over the line. One niggle is that when staff answer the phone they don’t give their name and which office they are at. It’s a bit unprofessional and you never know who you are talking to.
