Booked a viewing for a property that's 3h away. They called me on the day and told me they have to cancel the booking as the landlord had already selected a tenant. kelechi nwosuEventhough communications between Scrivins and I have not always been the best, I'm going to score them a 5 for not trying to keep my deposit. They paid back the full money without any hassle. I was very impressed. I have an advice for people while working with agents; be wary of the seemingly nice ones!
