21st Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)Highly recommend Bell Watson, although they weren't our estate agent that were selling our property we bought our forever home through them. We had a long journey due to previous buyers pulling out so weren't even sure we'd still be able to buy the house we wanted. Thankfully our 3rd time lucky buyer came along and everything fell back into place. All the ladies in the office I spoke to at some point throughout the process and they were reassuring, friendly and bent over backwards to help when things got stressful. Thankyou for all you have done for us. ??????????

The property was on the market with two agents, but we chose Starkey and Brown specifically after a bad experience as former renters with the other agent. Right from the first contact, everyone we dealt with was professional, honest, and diligent, and ensure things moved in a very timely manner. We'd like to give a special mention to Angie, who helped make a stressful house buying time, much easier, and it was always such a pleasure to receive a call with updates from her. Thank you!
- 15th Oct 2024 (8 days ago)Wouldn't go any were nere this company they promise to pay back money after viewing house and still owed £750 to be told we don't know when the refund will be we been waiting nearly a month I would go elsewhere were this company will take money from women n children for viewing but won't refund it back quick enough it disgusting it easier to get to the ombudsmen than it is the reception

They had 3 viewers, all local and I had to show 2 of them round the property myself. I moved to another agent and had an offer and had significantly more interest, viewings and offers within a month. I think Martin and co target lettings much more than sales and the difference shows when comparing their listings with another agent

24th May 2024 (22 weeks ago)This is the third time I have used Pridea to sell a property. Exactly the same experience every time. The property sells quickly with one robust sale that goes through to completion. Not my experience of using other estate agents in the area.

Fuming because we wanted the property and also in a position to proceed. Totally wasted our time not to mention the emotional distress. Bad practice.

4th Oct 2024 (19 days ago)Ben acted as my estate agent after using a larger firm from Lincoln, who clearly weren't bothered or motivated and didn't listen to instruction and failed me. Walters produced a professional sales brochure and was happy to tweak if needed. They are happy to work as a team yet independently with common sense when needed. Ben was personable and professional with an unusual property to sell. As predicted it wasn't the quickest sale but after the first flurry and then a little nudge, Ben was back on it and secured the sale of my Dads bunglow. He was always reachable and as a smaller family firm I m guessing each sale is important for them too. This didn't mean he was therefore happy to sell at any price like his competitors. He worked in my best interest, and I felt advised well and I would happily recommend for any other clients to trust him to do the same for them. I don't blow smoke and am very honest with feedback. (Hence not naming the bigger firm) Pay that little bit more to get a far better service. Thank you Ben and team, i hope you know how much it meant to me to be able to trust in you particularly with other things happening around me. Thank you from the bottom of my ??
