4th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Very friendly and easy to get hold of. They communicate well with you. Had a very quick sale. Slighter higher commission than a lot of local companies but worth it for the attention and care.
3rd Feb 2026 (8 weeks ago)We used Domvs - Preston to buy a bungalow in Weymouth and we are very happy with their service. Christina showed us round a few properties we had seen on Rightmove but the property we purchased was one Christina recommended we viewed after we had let her know about our situation. As we progressed towards completion Nicky really helped to push things along for us and keep us posted with progress. The team were all polite and friendly we are grateful for their help and would highly recommend their services to anyone seeking a reliable Estate Agent.

He understood exactly what we were looking for and helped us find the right home without any hassle. Would definitely recommend
4th Jul 2025 (8 mo. ago)Don't recommend this estate agents, my building was put up for sale and we - the tenants were told we would not be evicted, also in the property listing - 'to be sold with tenants in situ' , the estate agents lied and i was thrown out of my flat - which i had lived in since 1998, as so many people i have had contact with these past months have said 'clearly no loyalty from estate agents & landlord, amongst other things they have said - but such words not to be repeated, in-between being thrown out of my flat i had a knee replacement and the recovery from this has been set back by months . The Judge reading the papers said 'Claimants did not have reasonable reason for repossession' , but another judge in the community court clearly been given a backhander from the landlord & his representatives and wasn't interested in what i had to say, once again sharing my experience with others - including some lovely caring organisations who have been there for me these past months were far from impressed and as the saying goes - the wealthy with their money always wins. I had blocked this estate agents phone numbers and that has worked, i also blocked their email address but discovered emails from them in my Spam section - i read one which was unbelievable - i am not having my deposit back as they want to use it for court costs !!!! , apart from the fact the interest from the money given back in 1998 would pay easily those costs, i wasn't the one taking it to court, it was Mr Bully Cartwright & Estate Agents, my bank statements would had shown i have no money, but they are happy to try take money off me. The treatment these past months from all of those parties had left me suicidal, leaving family & friends very concerned. Hopefully changes to how tenants are treated in the future will come about, making it much harder for estate agents & landlords to throw people out without a genuine reason . At the end of the day - none of what happened was any my fault and that has been made very clear to me - i can hold my head up knowing that .

2nd May 2025 (10 mo. ago)I was very pleased with the service provided by my estate agent. Their local market knowledge was excellent, and the valuation of my property proved to be spot on. The advertising was professional, with great photography and well-handled viewings, helping the sale progress smoothly. I felt the service was good value for money, and overall performance was strong throughout. The only reason I haven’t given five stars across the board is due to occasional delays in communication, though when contact was made, the responses were helpful and professional.
25th Jan 2024 (2 years ago)Viewed properties on Markham and Curtis Fields. Mark was so patient, approachable, polite and professional during our viewings. Highly recommend the agency and also the beautiful homes. Bigger than your average new builds.
9th Mar 2026 (19 days ago)Had a valuation today from Paul Barron of Connells Weymouth…… I was very impressed. He arrived on time, was impeccably dressed and polite and also asked if it was ok and then removed his footwear as he entered my property…. What a gent ! He had obviously been working hard since I booked the appointment. I thought he would just turn up , look around and give a market “ guestemate ” !!!! He produced a dossier of other properties that were recently on the market, similar to mine and of what value they were on for and on what the initial selling price was and time periods of sale. So I could get a guide of the current market situation. He explained what Connells was all about and also future costs if I decided to go ahead with them , and put my property on the actual market. There was no pushyness, no sales pitch, just straight honest information, making me feel at ease in what can be a daunting situation. If you can’t decide what estate agent to choose, as there are quite a few in Weymouth. I would definitely suggest you give Connells a try. In my opinion 100% professional. Pleasure to meet you Paul. You are a credit to the company. Thanks for your help. Wayne.

24th Mar 2026 (4 days ago)My mother lives next door to a let property of Martin & co. I have asked several times now for them to attend their extremely overgrown garden with no luck, they tell me it’s the responsibility of the tenants who are elderly. Martin & Co promised to cut the overgrown garden before these new tenants arrived. Can I send contractors invoice to landlord? As Martin & co are not interested in helping my mother who’s property is next door is a widow of 94 it’s not her problem to fix

Although we weren’t his clients, we still felt like he cared and would always endeavour to respond to any queries or concerns we had. 20th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)James and the team have been great from the offset. They have ticked all of the boxes. They are all professional, punctual and not afraid to pick up the phone and tell you how it is, which is a massive plus! I was advised to get in touch with them after being massively let down by another company and the difference in quality of service has been night and day! If you want to deal with genuine people who get the job done then give these guys a go! I have always been told that selling your house is supposed to be one of the most stressful things to do but I haven't found anything to be stressful with these guys, especially given how average the market is at the moment! 5* service, highly recommend!

Every viewing had feedback too! It's a very friendly, non pushy service. We are very impressed with them.
