They listen to what you ask for, they give accurate valuations of your property, and they take great care and attention over how they market your property. David has now become a trusted advisor and we will go back to TPP if we were to ever sell again. Have recommended them to many friends and family.
19th Aug 2015 (10 years ago)Very good,Helped me let out my my late mothers cottage for a year to help pay the tax and duties etc. Found lovely tenants and looked after the property for me as I live three hours away. Would recommend them. Hannah has been wonderful.

1st Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)Nick Jane and Emma Dark managed our sale. Savills’ fee was very competitive. Nick and Jane and their team were excellent, communicating at all points, constantly on top of events, making sure that all parties in our chain of 5 (!) properties worked at speed and together. We’ve moved a number of times, but this is the best experience we have had with estate agents. I have no hesitation in recommending the Savills Exeter team.- 14th Jul 2026 (30 days ago)We would highly recommend Savills at Wimborne to anyone. The entire team from Jamie initially, then Emma and Charlotte during the selling process, along with Sally in the office, and especially Sarah during the progression chasing were all very professional and kept us updated during the process. We feel the whole team went above and beyond on many occasions and are very grateful to them all. We would definitely use them again!
31st Jul 2026 (13 days ago)We used the Tiverton office of Stags to sell a modest 2 bedroom semi which they had previously for us. We assumed they might not be interested in selling such a type of property but Jacob and his colleagues were keen to act and did an excellent job to obtain the full guide price and then kept us posted the whole way through the legal process.- 29th Jul 2026 (15 days ago)After a very disappointing experience trying to sell our house through a well known rival estate agent, we changed agents to Strutt and Parker, Exeter.<br>Tom was excellent. He took on board our views, was supportive , proactive, and very good at keeping us updated . Within a couple of months we had accepted an offer. Unfortunately, this sale fell through, but approximately 6 months later, in a challenging market, we had accepted another offer and subsequently completed the sale of our property. Throughout the process, Tom and his support staff maintained excellent communication between all parties. We would highly recommend Tom and his team.
4th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)Made an appointment a month ago for a house valuation. Day before the appointment received a call cancelling said appointment in order to save petrol. Not impressed at all. Even if they want to do a valuation now my answer would be NO

15th Nov 2025 (8 mo. ago)They got the value wrong. They valued it higher than it should have been which could have resulted in lost sales. Their communication was good, but didn't always come back to me with answers to my queries. Their description of property lacked "punch".

6th Jun 2026 (10 weeks ago)In a calming market, Tom, Jenny and team managed to secure a number of viewings. An excellent offer was secured for my mother's property. The delay in completion was due to a lengthy land registry issue thatvrequired sorting with the deeds. Throughout the process, Jennie and Laura kept me informed of progress. They managed to smooth the waters between solicitors, even though at times the legal process was quite draining, stressful and draining. Many tha ks go Jennie for your patience with me and to Tom for charging upnthe security camera on the outside of the property from time to time. A selling fee well deserved. Well done, team!
