5th Jul 2024 (10 weeks ago)I'm writing this review as a fellow estate agent. I've recently had Rural Scene in a chain with myself and Richard was absolutely fantastic. He is extremely proactive and provided us with updates weekly so that our chain moved forward smoothly and we have just today exchanged contracts. If anyone is looking for a rural estate agent then I would highly recommend Rural Scene. As an agent myself the good ones stand out and Richard is brilliant.

9th Jan 2024 (8 mo. ago)4 months of waiting and still no call back to offer me a premesis. I've taken it upon myself to contact Landlords directly now if I see anything advertised by Goadsby. This is because Landlords of the sites that I've enquired about previously have not received offers or proposed plans passed on to then, yet I'm told they are not interested. Maybe I'm missing something but I don't understand why. Based on this, I would not recommend Goadsby Commercial to anyone if you want a hassle free, simple business transaction.

Her black book of related professionals was exceptional and we ended up using the VERY best lawyer and surveyor which was invaluable at keeping stress levels on the low side.
4th Oct 2021 (2 years ago)Made an appointment a month ago for a house valuation. Day before the appointment received a call cancelling said appointment in order to save petrol. Not impressed at all. Even if they want to do a valuation now my answer would be NO

3rd Jun 2024 (15 weeks ago)I found them unprofessional on two or more occasions and cancelled my contract with them at the first opportunity. Since then I have moved to another Agent, but Michael’s told a potential buyer that the property was sold, although they knew perfectly well it wasn’t. That is just spiteful in my opinion.

We dealt with a number of estate agents while viewing properties and Connells were definitely the most efficient and responsive. Sammie is lovely and great to deal with. Our transaction moved really quickly and communication was really good throughout. I would highly recommend them.
