However James Manley was fantastic and made the whole process simple to understand and really did all the work to fix us a new rate and take all the stress out of the process. A special mention for Carola who carried out the viewings and was so respectful of our property. We had multiple offers in a difficult market and it took under 6 weeks from offer accepted to exchange - the buyers were a perfect match for our much-loved home. An excellent experience all round.

We hit a few obstacles along the way (just lots of bad luck) and Ben went out of his way to help, offer advice and do whatever he could to get us back on track and make sure things went smoothly. He’s always been kind, professional and friendly on the phone and in person. My Mother was unable to leave the property during viewings and he always looked after her welfare when anyone was in the property for viewings. Making sure she knew what was going on and that she was ok. If you are looking for a knowledgeable estate agent, who is also caring and professional then I can highly recommend Hambledon in Shaftesbury. More than happy with the service we received.

Through the ups and downs of a house sale and purchase he continued to be communicative, patient and delivered unparalleled quality of service (again, he was not our agent).
