Not ideal - feel like they had too much work to handle mine at the time. Would have fathered they had just said they were too busy than wait too I was stressed and lost out on buyers.

The services they provided were excellent, great team, always very helpful and knowledgeable and couldn’t have made the whole process from beginning to end any easier. The communication was very good from the beginning, I really liked the advertising materials they produced and the process of getting viewings booked in was smooth, it was easy to keep an eye on the viewings, notes of interest and offers in the portal. I recommend this company.

17th Apr 2025 (25 days ago)I’ve used Neilsons solicitors twice now for moving house. The first time was a poor experience but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. However, the second time has been even worse. From poor communication, incorrect information, delays, errors, to simply being ignored - it’s been an extremely poor customer experience and I would not recommend Neilsons to anyone looking to move house. I sent an email on 19th of February and now, a month later, I’m yet to receive a response.

From start to finish, Shawn kept to his word regarding the timeline, which was crucial for me since I was working under a strict deadline. Shawn was not only reliable and efficient but also incredibly reassuring throughout the process.
