After being asked lots of questions to ascertain my position and me asking about notes of interest etc they booked me an appointment to view. On the evening before the viewing informed me the property was under offer after being on Rightmove for 3 days!!! If I had furnished with proper information in the beginning we would have had time to make an offer

The communication was very good from the beginning, I really liked the advertising materials they produced and the process of getting viewings booked in was smooth, it was easy to keep an eye on the viewings, notes of interest and offers in the portal. My property was on the market quickly and I accepted an offer even higher than I was hoping for within two weeks. The photos and listing were of a high standard, the home report and solicitor were organised quickly by them (highly recommend using their recommended solicitor!), and their communication throughout the whole process was spot on. It was my first time selling a property and I felt truly taken care of every step of the way and got an even better, quicker result than expected. I can’t recommend Avenue Road highly enough!
