19th Dec 2025 (29 days ago)Webbers at Great Torrington have been professional and committed from beginning to end. I dealt mainly with Adrian and Mark but all of the staff are so pleasant. They have offered me guidance and kept me informed throughout, I cannot recommend them enough. If I need to use an Estate Agent in the future I wouldn't hesitate in using Webbers again A* service! His enduring patience and knowledge during a long protracted process . He guided us through the whole process with his excellent professionalism ,from the initial valuation, marketing and sale of the property , we very much doubt the sale of the property would have succeeded without his exemplary help. From start to finish Tom , and Strutt & Parker have been excellent. We would certainly recommend them to any future buyers or sellers you will not be disappointed!
7th Jan 2026 (10 days ago)After meeting several estate agents and getting valuations from all them, we were immediately impressed by Knight Franks professional and friendly approach plus their positive response to our property. Although we waited quite a long time to decide to proceed, Knight Frank were understanding, realistic, efficient and professional throughout. They prepared marketing materials, gave clear information about pricing, targeted appropriate clients for our property throughout a very difficult time. Florence Biss was our main contact and we cannot rate her highly enough, great communication, positive throughout and always responsive to our concerns. We ultimately achieved a positive outcome to a very complicated sale of house, land and outbuildings which I am not sure we would have achieved with some of the other companies. I am happy to recommend Knight Frank

11th Aug 2025 (23 weeks ago)Unlike other estate agents that we tried, EweMove are without a doubt the best estate agents around with their proffessionalism, knowledge, network, skills, dedication and enthusiasm. They were encouraging and caring during the many viewings, then once an offer was accepted they kept us constantly updated on the sale progression within the chain, which at times was more than our own solicitors managed to do.... As people now have more choice on both types of properties, locations and values, its becoming harder to sell properties, especially the larger and more costly properties, but thanks to Tom, Abi, Connor, Laura, Russell & the rest of the team we have successfully sold and exchanged contracts last week on our property and can now look forward to a new chapter in our later life's. Well done and a big thank you to the EweMove Team.

The dedication and proffesionalism to the rental of my property, even though it wasn't the nicest place, or that it generated huge income for them has been quite frankly outstanding.
