From our very first call, Charlie was friendly and genuinely interested in getting to know us. Our first meeting he was professional, approachable and incredibly knowledgeable about the local market. He took the time to explain every step of the process clearly and made sure we felt confident and informed throughout. Charlie’s marketing strategy was spot on-he presented the property beautifully and attracted strong interest right away. His communication was excellent, always keeping me updated and promptly answering any questions I had. What really stood out was his dedication and genuine care; I always felt like I was in safe hands. Truly a seamless journey and cannot recommend the team enough, especially given how daunting the process can seem. I'd previously sold through another estate agent and the difference was night and day. From the initial conversation, to the responsiveness, the marketing, the portal and everything in between — it was exceptional with Clyde!

4th Jun 2025 (5 weeks ago)We rented through Burgh Property and the experience was great from start to finish. John, our property, manager got back to us promptly if we needed anything. Any minor repairs in the house (one of the radiators wasn't working) were fixed quickly and all paperwork and deposits were dealt with quickly. We would recommend renting with Burgh Property.

He took amazing photos that showed off the property really well, and unbelievably, it sold just one day after going on the market. His communication was clear and prompt throughout, and the fees were very reasonable too. If you’re looking for someone reliable and efficient to handle your sale, I’d definitely recommend Batchelor’s.

Every step of the process was explained every step of the way. All conversations and phone calls were followed up with an email confirmation. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alex & Lyndsey to anyone wishing to sell or buy their home. They were amazing.
