14th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Lack of communication and not pro-active as I had to instigate them doing anything. Pricing is terrible everything is an extra add on with vat on everything. Too expensive for lack of contact and or proactivity.

Special mention to Shannon and Emma who couldn’t be more helpful with the entire process. They both made the made the move effortless and we’re always keeping me updated with each stage as it progressed.

The entire marketing and sales process was very proficient and speedy and I was amazed that the property was surveyed and advertised within a couple of days and incredibly sold within the week. The staff kept me well informed along the way on our progress. I can confidently recommend them.

Stephanie, Avril and the team were fantastic and very helpful and professional, keeping us right at all stages of the process as it had been years since we'd sold a property. House went on sale on the Wednesday and was sold by the following Monday. Would 100% recommend.

27th Nov 2021 (2 years ago)Property had severe damage for over a year before moving out and could not get anybody to repair it. I moved out months ago and have only just been offered a very small fraction of my deposit back even though we tried to hard to get it so perfect for moving out. Terrible correspondence and communication and Ive now had to contact a third party who are thankfully on my side and not surprised by this - shocking!

26th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)An initial great pitch full of the most attractive of promises. The positives stop their from my experience with Corum Clarkston. During the sale of my property I was handed off from one staff member to the next. Their poor communication and substandard supply chain meant taking over a week to get on to the market. The team failed to meet a basic accessibility request for a viewer and struggle to get viewers feedback. Do not be lured in by their premium feel, its an illusion, best go for another agent who deliver the exact same service only deliver it better.

5th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)Was so disappointed with the carry out as 1st time and got prices on line which apparently have not been updated ordered veg pakora chicken pakora and poppadoms and spiced onions £18.96 when I queried this she said it was 2 poppadoms and spiced onions it's not the best experience as the prices are very much more expensive 6.99 chicken pakora and 5.99 for veg pakora 2.99 poppadoms and spiced onions. Only exotic thing about this place is the prices. UPDATE After owners reply STILL no update on prices and as previously mentioned the poppadoms and spiced onions come together what they need to mention that a portion is 2 poppadoms broken up as when I ordered 2 poppadoms and spiced onions got the equivalent of 4 poppadoms at 5.98 so this needs to be clearer on the menu also as how many poppadoms do you need for 2 people.
