We really appreciate all that he did and the advice he gave. We would highly recommend him and Westgate Estate Agents for selling a house.

She is very professional, friendly and efficient with great communication throughout which was much appreciated. A pleasure to deal with - would definitely recommend!
3rd Jun 2024 (8 weeks ago)Disappointing Experience of simply trying to get a home report (and possibly set up a viewing for a property if home report was to my liking) via both Rightmove/their own website/calling them about a place I was interested in for a fortnight and no reply Only time I got any expedited reply was when on one of the several requests i ticked the "yes I have a property to be valued option" and got prompt enough reply in regards to that, but as soon as I requested the home report again from that person as i would need somewhere to move to first, back to radio silence, finally get to speak to someone else today and no luck due to the property has an offer pretty much accepted, would have been nice to have that option myself

27th Nov 2021 (2 years ago)Property had severe damage for over a year before moving out and could not get anybody to repair it. I moved out months ago and have only just been offered a very small fraction of my deposit back even though we tried to hard to get it so perfect for moving out. Terrible correspondence and communication and Ive now had to contact a third party who are thankfully on my side and not surprised by this - shocking!

3rd Sep 2022 (1 year ago)Very unprofessional service from Corum especially in terms of the marketing materials. The floor plan they made was nonsense, the marketing text had clearly been thrown together and was riddled with mistakes (you would think an estate agent would know what is and isn’t a bay window?). I spent far too much time chasing them up to correct mistakes a school kid should have spotted. It’s clear they just want to collect their (fixed) fee for as little work as possible.

16th Jul 2024 (11 days ago)We called Walker Wylie a year before we were able to sell our property to ask for advice on pre-selling issues. Barry was so friendly, helpful and gave excellent advice. So much so, we decided to ask Walker Wylie to market our property when the time was right. Barry and his team did not disappoint. As well as getting the property on the market quickly whilst efficiently attending to the administrative and legal matters, Barry arranged for contractual work to be done on the property during the selling process on our behalf. This was essential as we were not local. Throughout the process, we knew we were in very safe hands. The property sold quickly after a few viewings and we are absolutely delighted with the outcome. I would definitely recommend Walker Wylie.

They also acted as agents to sell the property which they completed quickly. They kept in regular touch with us re the progress of our sale and offers. Overall an amazing home move experience and I would recommend Momo without any reservations. A five star overall experience!

She helped us get our house prepped for the sale, coordinated the home report, helped us with issues we had with the home report, coordinated viewings and any questions about the house, and got us a sale price we were absolutely delighted with. We put questions to her at all hours of the day and within minutes they were answered. She is the utmost professional and I cannot recommend her business highly enough. 29th Jun 2024 (28 days ago)Over the years I've used several estate agents for both buying and selling properties. On this particular occasion I was purchasing an apartment prior to selling my existing home, and the seller had contracted Movewise to market and negotiate the sale, in the end to me. So firstly - as a buyer - I personally found Movewise to be very helpful, always happy to provide information to me as the buyer. Movewise have their own inhouse finance team which I didn't need to use on this occasion, but more on that in a bit. My purchase transaction went very smoothly and I was kept appraised throughout the whole process even when there was a slight delay in closing the deal, which was not the fault of Movewise. The seller had gone on holiday and was unable to sign the Disposition hence the slight delay. Upon the seller's return the contract and ownership exchange was promptly completed satisfactorily. Given my very positive experience with Movewise as a buyer, I didn't hesitate to engage them to sell the home I'd just moved out of to move into my new place. Just as it had gone well as a buyer so also it went smoothly and quickly as a seller. Again, I was kept fully appraised of developments my buyer was experiencing. The buyer used the Movewise inhouse finance team and given the speed from agreeing the sale through to completion, I have every reason to believe any issues or problems were quickly solved / resolved although it must be said none were brought to my attention so I assume no real issues or problems presented themselves. Communications were excellent all the way through both buying and selling and any queries were quickly answered with a professionalism I haven't really experienced with other estate agents in the various locations I've lived across the UK. So, to conclude, I extend a sincere and hearty thank you to Alex, Lyndsay and the team at Movewise Paisley.
5th Jul 2024 (22 days ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
