2nd Apr 2025 (18 days ago)Jonathan from Westgate provided us with excellent service and valuable advice regarding preparing the property for sale. The sale timeframe was much less than we were prepared for potentially reducing the cost of ongoing property overheads whilst waiting for a sale.
30th Oct 2024 (25 weeks ago)Absolute shower of cowboys. I would advise not to use this company. I am renting a property in Glasgow through these and have had nothing but trouble from day one. They have no interest at all in the tenant. There have been issues in this property that were reported years ago that are still to be addressed. I have a fridge/freezerwith a sticker on it stating DO NOT USE after Feb 2023! If I could have given them less than one star I most certainly would of. Tracey Porter

The whole team at the shawlands branch were great, in particular Gary who was extremely helpful throughout and always on hand when needed. He was quick to respond and assist through times of uncertainty and made a stressful process a lot easier - answering any questions I had and taking steps to overcome challenges when they arose. Thanks for all your help!
1st Nov 2024 (24 weeks ago)Simply put it's like dealing with a child, they're happy to spam you with junk emails and personal emails several times a day, but rarely respond to actual contacts about the sale of a property or ever answer a question. I'd suggest using someone else entirely unless you want to spend a month getting a question answered and have your inbox filled with utter junk on a daily basis. Avoid! (Happy to provide email proof for this too, every correspondence saved, including the many for each basic question to be ignored and never answered)
25th Mar 2025 (26 days ago)Met Craig and his team when looking for a rental in Strathaven it was very clear from the first meeting that Craig takes great pride in being an ambassador for Your Move by knowing his stock processes and regulations within the industry. Communication was always followed up by email and any queries responded to in a timely fashion. Home visits were carried out regularly and anyone who came out from the office was complimentary and professional Well done team Craig .. awesome service ????????

Having encounterrd several challenges as a landlord in the past couple of years I have found them to be efficient and fair to both tenant and landlord. A big 'thank'you'

7th Mar 2025 (6 weeks ago)We recently purchased our first home with Briar Homes and were assisted by Gil from Savills. The entire process of buying was simplified by Gil . All emails and phone calls were promptly replied and answered . She is definitely an asset to Savills.
25th Oct 2024 (25 weeks ago)They’re horrible after end of tenancy. They ask hell lot of charges for cleaning. It looks like harassment in the name of cleaning. Their cleaners quote different amount before end of tenancy but after your tenancy will end this gets inflated to exorbitant amount. Please avoid them . You’ll get email from Louis after end of tenancy and would never come back with clear communications.

They were friendly and professional throughout and made the whole process as easy as moving can possibly be. Rachel was always on hand to answer any queries and provide updates when needed. Would highly recommend them :)

She was very helpful with anything I enquired about from picking keys up from letting agents to utility readings and much more. This was especially useful as I lived in Portsmouth. I was a tenant in their properties for 14 or 15 years before I bought my own place and can’t recommend them highly enough whether you are a landlord or tenant .
