Jason was so friendly there was no hard sell just real genuine interest in helping us sell our property, which we hadn’t found with other estate agents. Throughout the process his communication was second to none and we always felt in the loop with what was happening, which just made the whole process so much easier and less stressful. When it came to selling, Jason exceeded my expectations of sale price by literally 10s of thousands. I couldn’t have asked for more when selling my first home! Would highly recommend!

She kept me fully informed by telephone and email and was very personable and takes a pride in her job. I would highly recommend the team at Shawlands if you have a home to sell.
9th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)Offered me a flat, once I accepted said that the landlord wants to host 10 more viewings even though they legally offered me the flat. Said they would get back to me within 2 days to confirm if the landlord has gone with me. Till this day I haven’t heard a thing. Inhumane agency that only cares about money. Avoid at all costs!

From the start when I was hunting for properties, all the way to sealing the deal with the Solicitors - Joe at Allen and Harris Shawlands was brilliant. Personable, Knowledgeable and invested in getting me the property I wanted. Later days, Scott (I'm assuming the spelling) was on point, great communication and made the final steps as easy as can be.<br><br>Sincerely, thank you to the team at Shawlands.

Selling a home can be an incredibly stressful and emotional experience, but the team made the whole process so much easier.<br><br>Their communication was excellent from start to finish – always keeping me updated, quick to respond, and completely on the ball throughout. The ladies were not only professional and knowledgeable, but also genuinely friendly, warm, and great fun to deal with.<br><br>During what was a very emotional time for me, they supported me far beyond what I expected from an estate agency. At times it felt like I had a team of therapists cheering me on! They were always there to listen, offer reassurance, and guide me through every step of the process. By the end, I felt like I’d known them forever.<br><br>If you’re looking for an estate agent that combines professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for their clients, I would absolutely recommend Home Connexions. She did the full job of getting our mortgage in place within a week where first mortgages in Glasgow wouldn't even reply to an email for 6 months. The team got our property live on the market incredibly quickly, with great marketing and photos, and they managed all of the viewings for us, which took a huge amount of stress off our shoulders.<br><br>Thanks to their hard work and expertise, our flat sold very quickly and achieved a really good price. We were especially grateful for how considerate and accommodating they were in working around our baby, making viewings and appointments as convenient as possible for our family.<br><br>The communication throughout was excellent, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. We’d highly recommend Your Move to anyone looking to sell their property and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future. Special thanks to Irene and Anna.

My son, owns his own business , his wife & 5 really well mannered level headed kids applied for a property after viewing to be told the “owner” decided they were not suitable? No credit searches, no full application only how many occupants. Is this discrimination against have a large family and assuming they’re reliant on benefits? He has private rented for some 15 years and never missed a payment. Maybe Clyde should work a bit harder to satisfy owners & renters.

He’s been instrumental in helping us scale rapidly and is now managing a portfolio of 20 properties for us with complete professionalism. Lewis handles everything from tenant sourcing and compliance to ongoing maintenance and problem-solving, all with an incredible level of care and efficiency. What really sets him apart is his commitment - he genuinely treats each property as if it were his own. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and he’s become a trusted partner (and friend) along the way. He knows this game inside out, and our tenants love him also. Our properties are kept in tip top condition 247, 365 days of the year, and from a business point of view, our rents drop into our account as and when they are received with no issues. Thank you, Lewis - we couldn’t have done it without you!

From the outset, timescales and realistic expectations of the sales price were given and were very accurate. I was delighted with the sales price achieved and would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Craig, Megan, Laura and all of the team were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. By far the best property selling experience that we have had. Would not hesitate in recommending them for any others looking to sell their property in the southside.
21st May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Preparation of mirror wills prepared on the basis of sound and informed advice - wills that reflected our shared wishes and intentions. Sound, sensitive support and advice comprehensively offered on various aspects of the execution of one will. Overall, a responsive and courteous service and one I would trust at any time in the future. And at reasonable cost! It is now 4 years since Louise, now a Partner with the firm, offered advice on my will and that of my partner. That advice has proved invaluable, as has been the ongoing consistency of her advice as my circumstanes have seen small changes. A polite, courteous, unpressured approach through which her fast grasp of issues has shone through. This is a legal company I can unreservedly commend.

I originally bought my house via Lesley too & had such a good buyer experience that I knew I wanted to use her whenever it came time to sell! Great advice from her from preparing the house for the sale to viewings to offers. My property was well marketed & looked amazingly done in the pictures. I got a closing date & multiple offers well over asking! Cant thank her enough for a really positive selling experience & highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable hard working estate agent.

From the very beginning, Alex, who initially visited the property and carried out the photography and video, was exceptionally friendly, professional, and informative. He made an immediate positive impression and set the tone for what turned out to be an excellent experience with the company. Lyndsay then supported us throughout the entire sales process, and I am so grateful for her kindness, patience, and understanding during what was an extremely emotional and difficult time following the loss of both my parents. Her personal support and kind words throughout meant the world to me and made a very challenging situation feel much more manageable. Her work was outstanding in every respect — fast, efficient, and highly informative. She kept us fully updated at every stage and worked incredibly hard to achieve a fantastic sale price in a remarkably short period of time. Throughout, she remained calm, relatable, and solution-focused, even when the process became more complex at times, always handling everything with professionalism and care. 3rd Jun 2026 (24 days ago)Elevate were by far the best estate agents we dealt with during our house search. After speaking to and viewing properties with a number of different agents/agencies, the difference was genuinely night and day, I cannot stop telling anyone/everyone when we're on the subject. Everytime I seen a property I was interested in was posted by Elevate, I genuinely done a sigh of relief knowing they were the best to deal with! What I appreciated most was that there was no nonsense. Everyone we dealt with was so kind, honest, helpful and genuinely cared about helping us find the right home rather than just making a sale. Their advice was always useful and they were extremely professional throughout the entire process! The first person we met was Sharon and she was an absolute star from the start. She made such a great impression and was a massive breath of fresh air in the sea of mess that we were in! We then got to meet with Sophie who was fantastic! She has always been very helpful, quick to respond to emails and made everything feel much easier, again has been an absolute pleasure and made us feel very much valued as buyers! A special mention also has to go to Joanne, who was helping me reorganise our many viewings, even late on a Sunday evening she was helping me, that level of customer service is rare and it did not go unnoticed!! I have genuinely been blown away by the whole team and have already been recommending Elevate to friends, neighbours and family. Anyone thinking about buying or selling should give them a call without a doubt. When the time comes for us to sell, I already know exactly who we'll be using! Their service has been exceptional, definitely exceeded our expectations. As international students studying in Glasgow, it always feels good to know that we’re in safe hands.

So professional, thorough and talked me through every step - and answered ALL of my questions!<br><br>Photographs of the property were brilliant. David took the time to get to know the property and surrounding area and wrote up a brilliant description of it.<br><br>The flat sold after one day on the market because they know how to make it sought after and sell! David was on top of all communications and steered me through everything.<br><br>Top guys who are passionate and brilliant at their jobs!
8th Jun 2026 (19 days ago)I can’t recommend Connaire at Kelly Residential highly enough. From start to finish, he was outstanding throughout the sale of my flat. His communication was excellent at every stage, always keeping me informed and responding quickly to any questions or concerns. The information he brought when he came to value the property showed that he had done his homework and knew the area. If, or, when we look to move in the future il be coming back to Connaire for sure.
