23rd Mar 2026 (5 days ago)We had to do almost all the following up after viewing. They didn't seem to value the importance of this. The home also went back on the market a full week after it was promised, thus missing what is thought to be the busiest marketing day of the year.. Changed Agent who sold the house in a week even before it was marketed on Rightmove.

29th Oct 2025 (21 weeks ago)they lied and charged us for all the marketing material then never used it. we got ZERO enquirers or viewings for over 4 months- then found the online information was WRONG. stating the home is a decade older (i bought it NEW) and worth over £1 million LESS. they refuted to change it, then after we terminated the contract they refuse to rerun the photos we paid for. we spent thousands of pounds and hundreds of hours prepping the house for photos, and paid over £2,000 in total for them.
