13th Aug 2023 (9 mo. ago)We have not sold our property, but withdrawn from the market. Prospect were very proactive in their attempts to sell our house, but we dropped the price twice suggesting that the original valuation was too high. We also had far too many viewings from people who were never going to buy our house giving comments like no parking or too small which should have been made clearer before seeing our house and wasting our time.
9th Nov 2023 (6 mo. ago)Dreadful experience with Surrey and Hampshire estate agent in Godalming. I put an offer in on a flat which was accepted and had no correspondence from the agent whatsoever. I even paid for a full survey and didn’t hear back from them… sent many E-mails and left many messages. Very frustrating since I found out at a later stage they sold it?! Why not keep me informed? The middle aged guy who works for them I believe is not to be trusted. He buys up many properties cheaply for himself and rents them out. I wouldn’t be surprised he scooped the flat I wanted at a lot cheaper price. The estate agents are unprofessional and hope and pray I never deal with them ever again!

11th Nov 2021 (2 years ago)Trilogy in partnership with Burns & Webber sold me a property off plan in Godalming. They really sold me the dream. The show flat was impeccable and they talked of a really special, high quality build. Fast forward close to 8 months (on a build that I was told was 2-3 months from complete), and after more lies and missed deadlines than I can count, I finally got the keys this week. The flat is basically uninhabitable, the list of incomplete work and snags is extensive and there are genuine health and safety issues too. The finish in general is frankly poor, and not anywhere near the quality that I was promised. I have basically been homeless for the last 2 months because of the missed deadlines, and it looks like that will continue a while longer while I argue with the Developers to try to get the flat close to something that is acceptable. Just avoid Trilogy altogether is my advice. Start to finish, the experience has been dreadful.
