They listen to what you ask for, they give accurate valuations of your property, and they take great care and attention over how they market your property. David has now become a trusted advisor and we will go back to TPP if we were to ever sell again. Have recommended them to many friends and family.

13th Mar 2026 (15 days ago)I would thoroughly recommend Hamptons if you are thinking of selling your home. We have just exchanged contracts on a sale and a purchase with their help. The whole team were very professional throughout. We mainly dealt with Davina and Jon. Davina for the purchase of our new home. Davina was very patient and not at all pushy. She really understood our needs which really helped. Jon was more involved with the negotiation, both selling and buying. We really appreciated Jon's patience and calm approach. When the solicitor process started to drag on, Jon stepped in and took control, negotiating with all parties to reach a successful conclusion. I really don't think that we would have exchanged contracts without Jon's help. All very much appreciated. Thank you.

Could recommend highly enough- 7th Dec 2022 (3 years ago)We are glad that we chose Hamptons Estate Agents in Alton to sell our property, as from the off they showed that they were professional and prepared to be fully engaged in supporting us through the process. From the initial valuation from Adam, the ultimate professional, to the ongoing chasing and updating by Kathleen, we felt that they could not have done better. Kathleen, in particular, showed great tenacity in dealing with a number of issues, often overcoming the weaknesses of other parties in the chain, due in part to her skill at building relationships. She was so pleasant to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. I am happy to recommend the team at Hamptons.

A complex chain, with multiple delays, was progressed with patient perseverance to a successful sale. I appreciated Paul's vast experience of sales in the area, plus relationships with local solicitors and other estate agents, which I firmly believe kept our sale on track. Thanks

Our whole chain was handled by E&O and it was a completely seamless transaction. Thanks so much to all the team for your help; we will definitely be using your services again in the future.

20th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)The property was on the market for a year, during a slow market. Their original price was high but probably more accurate of a property in their core area of Liphook. But over the time I saw their knowledge often area grow with a dedicated contact. As a shift working they worked with me on email and that suited me fine.

I couldn’t speak more highly of Lewis and Graham who I was in frequent contact throughout the process. From beginning to end they were extremely welcoming and would go out of their way to help with any questions or requests I had. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering use of their services.

3rd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)Recently sold a property in Guildford; It was a long and tortuous process complicated by the fact that I am living overseas and was very poorly advised as to finding a settlement agent. A first real estate agent made unrealistic market assertions regarding the market then followed up by passing the work to office juniors. Eventually I re-marketed through Kings and was fortunate to have Bipen working on my property. Bipen personally conducted viewings and found a buyer in reasonable time, then worked to achieve a mutually acceptable outcome; Unfortunately, this was only the start- dealing through disinterested settlement lawyers on both sides of the deal was so tedious that I came close to abandoning the sale; Somehow, and mainly through Bipen’s perseverance and patience, the deal was eventually settled and both myself and the buyer can move on. Many thanks to Bipen for sticking with this one- his diligence was literally the only thing between a sale and returning to the rental market! Great outcome all round- Many thanks!

Frank offered what seemed like sound advice so we took it. We sold quickly for a price several thousand pounds above the recommended price of several other agents. we used Franks recommended conveyancer’s, who were very good, and together they drove the sale forward for us. I would recommend & use again both again. Thank you Te Koop!
