Oliver and Giles were super helpful, even going out of their way and getting information and talking to the solicitors. This has been a long procedure but a very pleasant one. Communication was excellent throughout, and we were always given comprehensive feedback after viewings.<br><br>Once we had accepted an offer, the high level of customer service continued. Hayley Levy in Sales Progression was an essential part of the process. She was proactive, kept everything moving as quickly as possible, and was always on hand to keep us updated.<br><br>We are incredibly grateful to the whole team for making what can be a stressful process as smooth and straightforward as possible. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bridges.

Staff are experienced, and we are so pleased with the service we received.<br>We cannot praise Caroline enough, who has been absolutely brilliant - dedicated, hard working and super helpful, and not just for us but for every party in the chain.<br>The staff in the Godalming office work as a team, and so were able to help us even when Caroline was unavailable.

Not much more to say, I guess more money was the ‘profile’ that won! Also as days lapsed communication went sour. And since they never contacted us regarding any new properties, effectively loosing interest!

We first began our house search in 2024 with another estate agents and moved to Seymour's at the beginning of 2026. Initially, we were a little concerned that a larger estate agency might feel too corporate or be focused on pushing for a quick sale. In reality, that’s not been the case at all.<br><br>Charles is one of the kindest, most knowledgeable and dependable person we've had the pleasure of working with. From our very first conversation through to completion, he kept in close contact, keeping us updated every step of the way and proactively suggesting properties that genuinely matched our requirements. He was always easy to reach, and his advice was consistently honest, thoughtful, and never pushy. We always felt he had our best interests at heart.<br><br>Once our offers were accepted, Jules became our main point of contact throughout the conveyancing process, and we were blown away by her dedication and work ethic. All issues that popped up were resolved that day and taken really seriously. I would really recommend Stirling Ackroyd especially if Hannah is taking care of you!

Cancelled appointments and numerous excuses throughout, it’s ironic that they sell themselves as a more bespoke and individual service when actually I felt the complete opposite. Josh was our agent and I wouldn’t recommend.
