They were both extremely supportive and very accommodating of my busy schedule around working in a full time hospitality business! The experience I had with Will and Ninda was night and day compared to my previous and stressful experience with a different estate agent which came as a breath of fresh air in all honesty, I cannot recommend Romans, Aldershot and Will and Ninda highly enough for their professionalism during a highly stressful time in my life, thank you both very much!
29th Sep 2023 (11 mo. ago)Charters have kept close communication with me and have been fully engaged throughout my selling journey. They have been realistic with me on selling price and helped negotiations through the chain to make the deal work. Once a sale was agreed they appointed an agent to work 1-1 with me to progress the sale and stay close to my Solicitor and my Buyer - this was a service unique to Charters as I have not found this with any other Estate Agent.

Passionate about our house, and the area, competitively priced and communicative and reassuring throughout. This combination of things also meant we managed to achieve a higher price than what any of the other agents quoted when choosing a vendor. It really does pay to use somebody who is as passionate about your house/area as you are! Big thanks to the whole team, highly recommended!

The whole process was made extremely easy and we were not bothered unless necessary, all our questions were answered immediately and precisely. I couldn't recommend the bourne enough as they made it a super smooth transition from renting to home owners. Great team.

10th Aug 2024 (30 days ago)Wouldn’t recommend if looking to rent we had a issue our end and sadly failed the checks because of a unlawful ccj from 4years ago that was settled and the insurance never removed the ccj by accident and they wouldn’t even give a a week to resolve the issue after finding out what it was a day later we are now homless

6th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)Starting from I found the apartment, it was a pleasant journey with Stirling Ackroyd. They are very professional, helpful and respond to me promptly. But with moving forward, they can do nothing with details, such as clarifying the supplier of electricity. And when the property has issues, I have to chase the landlord, they could do nothing to help. They only appears at the beginning and the end of the tenancy contract.
15th Aug 2024 (25 days ago)Seymours worked with me recently to try to find a property as I am looking to downsize. The search is now on hold temporarily but their service was excellent. In particular Serena who was my main contact. Really well informed about the local area and she took a lot of time to really understand what I am looking for. Friendly and helpful and excellent at staying in regular contact without pressuring me. Would definitely want to use her again when I resume my search next year.

The whole team at B&W handled the marketing and viewing stage with professionalism and great communication; throughout what proved to be a long and complex leasehold sale Martin remained extremely professional and patient, and went above and beyond to help resolve queries from my purchaser and her conveyancer, to ensure the property sale reached a successful conclusion. I don't think we'd have got there without him and I have no hesitation in highly recommending them.
