Grantley’s has been the most responsive and professional lettings agents and management company that I have experienced. If I had a buy to let, I would use them. I’m really going to miss my chats with Samantha. Hopefully one day I will either rent a place managed by them or, if fortunate enough, have a buy to let that they manage.

Rachelle, Stuart and the team were excellent throughout the process, always keeping us fully informed on viewings, feedback at every stage from instruction through to exchange and completion. They have been incredibly consultative, personable, approachable and thoughtful throughout our house sale. They made the entire process easy and stress-free. We've now bought and sold a property with them, and every time they have been so communicative and helpful. When selling our house this year, Matthew and the team were always there to offer advice and keep things moving, which we greatly appreciated as we were also juggling the arrival of our first baby in the final few weeks leading up to exchange and completion. We wouldn't hesitate to reach out to them again in the future!

She took the time to understand our requirements, kept us updated, and was always available to answer questions and offer helpful advice. Although we ultimately decided to proceed with another agency, that decision was based on our specific circumstances and not a reflection of the excellent service Ruby provided. Her dedication, enthusiasm, and customer-focused approach really stood out, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and proactive estate agent. 16th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Absolutely appalling service. Catherine, who was supposed to show us around the property we had arranged to see was short and rude from the moment we met her. She refused to answer any questions we had about the property, didn’t seem at all interested in actually displaying the property to us and spoke horribly to us during the brief time we had with her. Avoid this agency at all costs if this is the standard they hold themselves to. Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had with an estate agency.

He found me a really great tenant so quickly, which took a huge weight off my shoulders, and made the whole process feel seamless from start to finish. What really stood out was how supportive and reassuring he was throughout. Whenever I felt stressed or unsure, Simon was always there to explain things clearly and put me at ease. His communication was excellent and nothing was ever too much trouble. A genuinely brilliant agent, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

2nd Jun 2026 (18 days ago)10/10 – I would recommend Bourne in Godalming without hesitation. We initially had our house on the market with another agent who unfortunately wasn’t able to sell it. After switching, the difference was night and day. From the outset, the team (Adrian, Jim, Tilly) were proactive, communicative, and genuinely invested in getting the best outcome for us. They kept us updated throughout, were always available to answer questions, and worked incredibly hard to keep things moving. Selling and buying a house can be stressful, but their professionalism, persistence, and support made a huge difference. We’re delighted with the result and very grateful for all their help.
