17th Jul 2026 (9 weeks ago)Go out of your way to avoid this agency, we have been landed with the landlord from hell who has painted over mould, left us without a working shower and let themself into the property without any notice.<br><br>Although this is not the agency's fault, it shows there is no vetting process in place before they take on clients. As well as that, they have been zero help in aiding us in contacting our landlord who we simply cannot get hold of and may have vanished off the face of the earth for all we know. If I could leave zero stars I would.

Esme Webster-Brooks was our key contact and throughout the process was extremely professional, proactive, helpful, reassuring and gave some very useful advice. The service was above and beyond, including visiting the property for insurance and survey purposes when we couldn't and doing the final meter readings. Everything happened in a timely fashion (where it was in Curchods control) and we are very pleased with all the team and all that they did for us.

31st Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Deal with this estate agent will be nightmare you prepare to be. just bought a house in guildford. given the offer to the seller. the estate agent pushed price and arrange unrealistic exchange and completion date. this results in the seller withdraw the listing. half year later, the seller is ready to sell. the estate agent disclosure both the sellers and buyers personal information to financial brokers and insurance thirdparties for marketing. during the communication with them, it is hugely unreliable and unfriendly. no customer service and professionalism. at the completion date, the sellers cannot give keys to estate agent and the buyers waste time to wait for the keys to be given. completely rubbish. both the sellers and buyers should be avoid..

The team had a great insight into the area and local market, clearly demonstrating their years of experience. I would highly recommend anyone to go with them, and have done so already to several of our friends and colleagues.

Andy and his team surprised us by getting lots of viewings and more importantly finding us just the right buyer. They kept us informed throughout the process with great feedback. Once a sale was agreed, Jules took over to ensure that all parties engaged in the chain kept everything moving and the sale completed in under 2 months. Her Tenacity in making sure that all enquiries were answered quickly and that the Solicitors were kept abreast of each others responsibilties ensured a sleek and swift completion. From the initial viewing, the many phone and email exchanges, to the happy news received this morning, David and Rebekah in the Camberley office couldn't have been more helpful. They say that buying a house is one of the most stressful experiences in life, but these two made it feel like a Scandinavian sauna crossed with a deep tissue massage. I usually can't be bothered writing reviews but honestly, these people are the best. Thank you!

Serena was incredibly kind, patient and thoughtful throughout the whole process, always taking the time to understand Mum's needs and never making us feel under any pressure. Her warmth, professionalism and genuine care made what could have been a very stressful experience so much easier.<br>I'd also like to thank Sandy and the rest of the team, who were all friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Every member of staff we met was welcoming, professional and clearly cared about providing a first-class service.<br>Although we ultimately found a property elsewhere, that was simply down to finding a home that was the right fit for Mum. He handled the sale of my house with a really high level of professionalism, I’d previously used a more traditional estate agent as I hadn’t come across EweMove, the contrast was night and day and Paul made the selling experience enjoyable.<br><br>Paul was knowledgeable, approachable and kept everything moving when it could easily have become stressful. Alex and Daisy were enthusiastic and knowledgeable and within 2 weeks we had an offer on our house. The communication throughout the process has been excellent.
