29th Oct 2015 (8 years ago)Prestige probably has been the best estate agent I've ever dealt with when renting! Stayed in a lovely Twickenham apartment until unfortunately the owner sold it. Tina, Sandra, Rick and Diane were all so friendly and attentive to any minor problem we had in the flat and was refreshing with dealing with such friendly, trustworthy and attentive estate agents :)

28th Feb 2016 (8 years ago)I really like this place. I have been several times over the last few years and I have never had a bad experience. It's difficult to predict when it will be busy and whether you'd need to book a table - I've been on occasions when I'd expect it to be busy and it's been very quiet (and vice versa). The food is great, the staff are really friendly and it's reasonably priced. Well worth the visit.

11th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)We were delighted with the excellent service provided by Michael Hardy estate agents in selling our house, in what was a challenging market at the end of 2023. The marketing was spot on, and Ben relatively quickly secured a very good offer. When unfortunately this offer fell through due to other buyers at the bottom of the chain pulling out, he quickly secured a second satisfactory offer, which we accepted. He remained positive but realistic throughout, and kept us up to date at all times. Jane then very efficiently and successfully saw the sale through to completion, was ever dynamic and positive, and managed all interactions with great tact and patience! She kept us regularly up to date about progress. And Daragh stepped in as and when necessary - We really felt well looked after by the whole team - A very big thank you from us all!
5th Jul 2021 (2 years ago)If your property is worth over a million, your experience might differ, however, anything less than that, then don't expect much. The promise of "cutting edge new technology and innovative marketing" is totally misleading: they couldn't even do the basics. The level of incompetence and lack of professionalism would be totally unacceptable in any other industry or business sector.

18th Dec 2023 (22 weeks ago)We thank Paul Phelan and his team for selling our property on Cricket Hill in Yateley during a difficult housing market. Sage advise from Paul on pricing and presentation and his local contacts resulted in several quality viewings and an offer that we accepted just four weeks after going onto the market. His subsequent attention to detail on the exchange process played a significant part in exchange of contracts seven weeks later. Including the delivery of documents to solicitors for our buyers to expedite process. Thank you Paul !!
4th Apr 2023 (1 year ago)We put our flat on the market at a time when the economy was very unstable and the property market rather turbulent but Mitchell & Partners bent over backwards to get us a sale. Izabela was extremely hard-working and always pleasant and easy to communicate with. During the conveyancing process, there were endless delays and complications down the chain but Steve was very willing to help chase up solicitors to keep things moving. Throughout the process, we always felt that Steve and Izabela gave us a lot of their time and attention when we were unsure what to do next or wanted to discuss our options. Izabela even gave us advice while we were negotiating a price for the house we were buying. All in all, we can highly recommend Mitchell & Partners as a reliable, friendly and hard-working estate agent.

3rd Jan 2023 (1 year ago)Estate Agents sometimes get a bad rap (on occasions deserved), But if you use Henry Phillips Estate Agent, they will take you through the whole process of selling the house, explaining how and why your house is advertised and when the offer comes through they lease with both sets of Solicitors. I can assure you, your stress will be much reduced. Our main contact was David Stevens and throughout it was obvious he new what he was talking about, A very proffesional job. Thankyou Ben
