The team are clearly very knowledgable, organised and have always been on hand to answer my questions and reassure any concerns. Very happy with my experience and would highly recommend
20th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)I would not recommend this agency either. Very unprofessional. Very late in replying to the emails or replying after you send them a few reminders. We rented a property with them and when we decided 1 year and a half later to move out, Ricky was nowhere to be found to help out with the check out process and the deposit procedure. We had to contact the landlord personally to complain about the real estate agency and to actually take some action.

23rd Jun 2022 (1 year ago)I couldn't be more dissatisfied and disappointed that I chose Hamptons and stayed with them for nearly a year before property was sold. Being a client, the whole process was driven by the buyer and their demands and needs. Being in a chain it was really their call and responsibility to be the bridge for communication between the us and sellers and the buyers. On the day of completion I was hounded by Hamptons for 2 hours as soon as funds for the sale were released, despite everyone in the process involved being fully aware that we were on a CHAIN. It was morally and professionally so wrong. It was really the role where Hamptons needed to liaise and communicate with full clarity and confidence that keys would be released at the end of the completion for the full chain of sale and purchase. being fully ware of my circumstances doing a home move alone with a child, they were they only people who needed to represent my best interest and unfold some humanity and morality from the bottom of the chain to not dictate terms throughout the entire process of sale, but be reasonable. for the heavy agency fees levied by Hamptons, I truly regret that it really wasn't worth it, all in the end. I wish i chose another agent and saved over thousand of pounds in fees. For anyone looking to be in a chain, it is just so important to have agents who are experienced, and confident and always puts you ahead of everything. In the end, its all about commission, and really nothing matters after everyone receives their monies.

2nd Aug 2021 (2 years ago)Extremely poor service. Brit bricks and robert terry both are same estate agents. Basically they aren't even worth calling estate agents as they dont treat their customers fairly and doesn't know the basic principles of customer service. They have put me and my family is such dilemma. They have agreed a 4 bed house in Pinner holding fees paid, reference checks done and passed, 5 weeks rent deposit and 1 month rent advance paid as well. But they were not telling us our moving date. They kept changing dates 4 times. And when i was calling to ask for the moving date. Karuna is telling me stop harassing them. They only treat their landlord with bundle of joy not the tenants. Now they have left us with nothing and we are struggling to look for a house and school for my son which is his first year of start. Please think 100 times before going ahead with these people. As they dont treat you good.
18th May 2023 (1 year ago)The property had been on the market with another local agent for over 6 months with no responses, very poor feedback, extremely poor communication and a complete lack of care really. I found Rawlinson Gold online and got in touch with a simple contact form. I was called within literally 5 minutes of posting the contact form, astounding customer focus. I felt extremely confident in the call I received and had no hesitation in instructing them to market the property straight away. I was provided with constant updates on marketing, viewings and feedback. Within 3 weeks we not only had one but 3 offers within our expected price range, I couldn’t believe how well they had done in selling the property so quickly! They are an absolute credit to the industry and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone in the area that is looking to sell a property. I cannot thank them enough for the entire experience.

After four months of waiting, the salesman failed to inform us that the sale wasn't proceeding. The salesman didn't bothrt to inquire about our preferences or inform us that the buyer had withdrawn. I'm extremely dissatisfied with their unprofessional service.
