25th May 2023 (1 year ago)Arrogance at the highest level! Was informed 24 hrs prior that my valuation had to be moved as a staff meeting was more important. Already booked the day off so fuming at the complete dis regard of this outfit. Completely unprofessional and extremely arrogant in my opinion!!!! Lesson learned!!!

9th Jul 2024 (9 weeks ago)My son bought his first flat, advertised through William H Brown recently. The buying process was explained to him and he chose to use the recommended conveyancing service. The communication from the conveyancer was terrible with emails going unanswered which is less than ideal for a first time buyer, finding the process stressful enough. The situation was saved by Clare at William H Brown. She deserves five stars for acting as a conduit between my son and the conveyancer, reassuring him that everything was on track and forcing the pace at the end of the process, even when she was supposed to be on holiday. Buying a property is always a nightmare but Clare kept us updated and involved her management when required to get the purchase completed on time.

The entire process from start to finish was not only professional and swift, and this young man went above and beyond, responding to every question I asked along the way, he couldn’t have done anymore, he made a very stressful process, into an absolute pleasure. He is an absolute credit to the company. I would not hesitate to recommend.

15th Nov 2023 (9 mo. ago)When Anna Jephcott visited our home to tender as our agent I knew she and her team would be good.Anna’s professionalism shone through and I knew we would be in safe experienced hands. Bridgfords valued and marketed our property precisely and with their nationwide network it was soon sold. This is when Anna and her team really started to work,always being proactive communicating with us,solicitors and buyers and we’re always at hand. I cannot thank them enough and would thoroughly recommend Bridgfords.

We encountered them when buying a house a few years ago and were impressed at their fairness in handling the buyer/seller balance. Hence tje decision to use them when selling. This last transaction fell at a difficult time and had some complications but they showed patience, persistence, courtesy and even humour. In brief, we trust them.

12th Aug 2024 (30 days ago)We changed to FSS from another agent who we were not happy with. FSS were efficient, always pick up the phone when you call and always available to do viewings. They give sound advice and we would recommend them to anyone.

Emma Mitchell in particular handled our latest tenancy post a long term renter vacating. The process was smooth, communication open and swift renewal achieved. I'd highly recommend them if you're a landlord seeking a stress-less agency/owner relationship.

13th Jul 2024 (9 weeks ago)No idea how this estate agent sells houses or if they only earmark properties they post for specific clients/buyers already known to the business. Very oddly run, you phone up and are put through to an admin team of sorts, never an agent. They will take your details and say they will pass it onto the agent who will allegedly phone you themselves, they won’t give you the agents details either so you have to just wait for this call. It’s been just over a week of me trying to view a particular property, phoned in multiple times to no avail. - Update, if you find out who the agent dealing with the property is, you can try find their contact details on the actual website, the lady I dealt with was actually sound & treated me the way I’d expect to be, like 90% of other estate agent companies would’ve.

They have been attentive, responsive, and always available to address any concerns or issues that arise. The maintenance of the property has been impeccable, and any repairs or maintenance requests are handled promptly. They truly care about their tenants and strive to create a comfortable living environment. I highly recommend Silverspring Sales and Lettings as a tenant for anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy rental experience.
