From the very beginning, they were incredibly supportive, professional, and approachable. Fiona, the mortgage advisor, was outstanding. She guided me through every step of securing the best mortgage deal, explaining everything clearly and patiently, which was invaluable for someone like me with no prior experience. She made what seemed overwhelming feel completely manageable. Leanne and Elizabeth in sales were absolutely phenomenal, especially on exchange day when things could have gone very wrong. I spent over three hours in their office that day as issues arose, and they worked tirelessly to ensure the sale didn’t fall through. Their quick thinking, determination, and problem-solving skills were nothing short of amazing. Despite the challenges, they kept me reassured the entire time, and we even had some great conversations and laughs during what could have been a stressful situation. Their warmth and positivity made all the difference and turned a daunting day into a memorable experience. If you’re looking for an estate agent that genuinely cares about their clients, especially if you’re a first-time buyer like me, I wholeheartedly recommend Allen and Harris. Fiona, Leanne, and Elizabeth are a dream team, and I can’t thank them enough for their dedication and hard work. Five stars doesn’t do them justice!
16th Dec 2024 (5 weeks ago)We recently completed a very satisfactory sale thanks to the team at the Kilmarnock Branch. Steve’s easy manner and enthusiasm was a pleasure. Also his valuation was spot on. Thanks to the viewings coordinated by Susan, Andrew and Korri, a sale was agreed within days of the property being marketed. Mairi was always very pleasant, responsive and nothing was too much trouble for which I’m grateful as her support really helped to get the sale completed.

From initial evaluation to completion, communication was timely and personal. Mandy was particularly helpful answering my questions. They made a painful task less daunting and I would not hesitate to recommend the entire Corum Troon team.

It cannot be understated how thorough, helpful and professional the surveyor, Paul, was, as well as the staff who provided the quote and booking.

However I need to give special mention to Lynsey Pacitti who is an absolute credit to the company and has dealt with me for the last 7 years. Effortlessly professional at all times. All issues/problems are dealt with easily. She always been on hand to offer professional advice in how to deal with matters. This inspires great confidence that I am in the right hands. Based upon my most recent dealings with Lynsey, who came up trumps again, has inspired me to leave this review. Slightly unlike me as don't often do so. Thanks again!

We had 2 properties to be sold and both had prospective buyers within 6 weeks. Nicola did all the dressings for photos and all property viewings which allowed more flexibility for both parties. We would highly recommend this service as it creates a far more personal touch to the process as a whole with Nicola meeting and greeting your new buyer personally at the property. We are both delighted and have gained a new friend - Thank You so much again.
