Due to bad customer services I moved from one of the large commercial estate agent to CCl Property to gain a hands on personal service which they have provided. I have found them most helpful ,easy to communicate with , they have put me in the right direction to obtain funding and been able to answer all my questions in relation to marketing of my business . I would recommend these guys with out hesitation

The communication was nothing but great throughout and we're very happy with the result. The KF app was great for managing viewings. Also happy with the marketing package. Would recommend the Edinburgh KF team and will likely use the KF services again.

19th Apr 2022 (3 years ago)Could not recommend this landlord at all for a domestic rental. Negligent from the get go, reported smoke alarm several times but they didn’t care to fix it. Agent at the time of entry made a note of it and did nothing putting 2 adults and 4 children at risk. If I could give zeros stars I would have, avoid at all costs. Try to use scare lingering tactics to recoup deposits, fabricating pictures that again where present before we took on the proeprty

She explains things really clearly and she's so lovely - friendly and approachable. We felt so glad we had decided to go with her for our purchase, we were in safe hands. Thank you Shirley! We also dealt with Connor the EA at Allen & Harris and he was absolutely delightful.

As a female business owner, it’s refreshing to finally experience a professional, respectful, and genuinely supportive service. Megan was incredibly helpful, communicative, and efficient throughout the entire process. She really took the time to understand our needs and made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. Because of her, we’re looking forward to a long-term relationship with Savills. Highly recommend!

24th Jan 2025 (16 weeks ago)I bought a property through Corum (Ayr branch) very recently and have to say I was extremely impressed. Communication was exceptional, staff were friendly and helpful and kept in touch with me frequently. I sold my own property through another local Estate agents and genuinely felt that I got more support and information from Corum when buying through them than I did from my own estate agents. Sophie particularly was fantastic. Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and professional. Thank you so much. I will definitely recommend Corum and will use them if I ever sell in the future.
17th Apr 2024 (1 year ago)They were fine when I first took out the rental, but since I terminated the lease they've been awful. Unresponsive to emails, delaying returning the deposit, for a different reason every time I call them about it. Really disappointed in their total lack of professionalism. They're not even showing any common courtesy, in fact they are downright rude now. Like many other reviews I fully believe they are trying to retain as much of the deposit as they can for as long as they can. Be very wary if you are thinking of renting a property from them, they're exactly the kind of shoddy business that gives estate and letting agents a bad rep.

My agent Ben really went above and beyond for what turned out to be a difficult conveyancing experience but we got there in the end! I would definitely recommend Nested for a bespoke service you don’t get elsewhere.

24th Apr 2025 (25 days ago)Really disappointed in rental service. Property was filthy when we moved in and required several things to be fixed/sorted all of which took persistent chasing for over a month/2 months to get sorted. All of the issues had been raised prior to rental agreement and had been agreed to be sorted ahead of our move in date, examples are: a simple lick of paint as walls were filthy, dishwasher needing replaced as broken, oven being cleaned, carbon monoxide alarm being updated as out of date, wardrobe doors, bedroom doors fixed as not able to open/shut) Luckily we had no problems following this and didn't need to deal with them throughout our tenancy. When we moved out we struggled to get any communication regarding our deposit despite leaving the property in significantly better condition than when we moved in. After weeks of radio silence we eventually got the deposit back through the Safe Deposit Scotland once the 40+5 default days had passed as per Safe Deposit Scotland policy.

Expertly arranged all viewings and visits as well as keeping me informed of all proceedings. Leanne knows her stuff too in the property world. Very knowledgeable and really keen to assist on all matters as well as overcoming problems. During the cold months Leanne went to the property to check on its status due to it being empty. I have sold a lot of property in my time but I have got to say - Leanne is top. If you are after an estate agent who is very proactive, keen and willing then look no further. I don’t say this in jest.
