14th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)Lack of communication and not pro-active as I had to instigate them doing anything. Pricing is terrible everything is an extra add on with vat on everything. Too expensive for lack of contact and or proactivity.

27th Feb 2024 (22 weeks ago)Requested a home report in June 2023, none given. Asked my solicitor to request it, no response. Asked in February 2024 for another report and June 2023 report, no response. Spoke to one of the agents on the telephone once. He kept referring to me as sir despite me telling him numerous times I'm a Miss. Unprofessional and I feel sympathy for their clients who are using them to sell their property. They unfortunately aren't aware that they simply don't respond to requests for home reports so they're sat on the market for prolonged periods. Avoid.

I have recently called on their services once more and am grateful to Bernard for the efficient and professional way he worked to rapidly secure new tenants for my let property. It is pleasing that the good service that I have enjoyed in the past continues.
25th Mar 2024 (18 weeks ago)When I decided to sell my house in Barrhill I consulted with the long established agent who sold the house to us, some 16 years before. He quoted a sale figure with which I was happy. I was chatting socially with a dear friend who once worked with Kevin Doyle at 'Bruach' and she suggested that I get a second opinion from them. Without even seeing the house Kevin told me that he could achieve a fair asking price, some 30(% above the quote obtained from the original agent. He and Karen his negotiator were dulying instructed., Many hours were spent with drones and cameras and within 4 days an extremely professional brochure was submitted for my approval before being lodged with 'Rightmove'. To my utter astonishment an offer was made (after viewing) at over the asking price within 5 days of hitting the Internet and the sale eventually concluded successfully. If you want an honest, accurate, objective and achievable outcome totally unencumbered by local entrenched attitudes and practices, then Bruach should be your first stop. If you want a personable, professional team on your side with a healthy dose of excellent advice leavened by good humour then you will find all of these with Kevin and Karen. I recommend Bruach without reservation and am happy to speak to any of their clients, whether buying or selling, to underpin and confirm this review. James D
13th Jul 2024 (14 days ago)Hi, After reviewing the estate agents in the area I selected igloo as it had the biggest turnover of properties marketed and the price was lowest in the area. Overall I think I can summaries by saying, “ You get what you pay for”. The lower outlay against some of the aspects of selling my house does match up. Positives :- House sold for market valuation. Which was probably the most important thing in the end after a very long time on market. Negatives :- The surveyor recommended and used in my opinion constructed a survey which really didn’t support the sale of my home. Which led to the very long and drawn out sale. The house I feel could have been marketed stronger. Did not get the feeling of any drive to sell it. It felt like sit back and wait for phone to ring. Closed at weekends meant after any viewings at the weekend I had to wait for any feedback. Plus think it led to people loosing interest. Feedback was not very forthcoming. Most occasions I had to call for an update after viewing. Sometimes felt like I was annoying people when I called to find out what was happening. Advised to get a refresh on home report with I did not do as my lawyer advised it was not required. House sale completed without this. Could have been an unnecessary expense. So glad I want with my own lawyer and not one they advised. So overall got the sale after a long wait for market value which was most important but I do think the sales experience could have been better if some of my negative points were removed or improved.

Peter and his team know what they are doing and provide the standard of service you would expect from a company at this level, easily. I cannot recommend Savills highly enough and will certainly use them again in any property sale or purchase.

17th Apr 2024 (14 weeks ago)They were fine when I first took out the rental, but since I terminated the lease they've been awful. Unresponsive to emails, delaying returning the deposit, for a different reason every time I call them about it. Really disappointed in their total lack of professionalism. They're not even showing any common courtesy, in fact they are downright rude now. Like many other reviews I fully believe they are trying to retain as much of the deposit as they can for as long as they can. Be very wary if you are thinking of renting a property from them, they're exactly the kind of shoddy business that gives estate and letting agents a bad rep.

This is of course down to the standard and level of expertise and professionalism from Michael Palmer and his team. Strongly recommend Montgreenan property group.

We viewed several properties with different estate agents, and Jason was the only agent we met that actually put in any effort to accommodate to us. Any enquiries we had were promptly answered and any viewings we requested were quickly organised. Would highly recommend and would definitely use them when it comes to us selling in the future.
5th Jul 2024 (22 days ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!

10th Jul 2024 (17 days ago)I contacted Janice as I was looking to rent a property in Ayrshire. Albeit that the property which I was looking to rent was no longer available , Janice really went above and beyond when it came to advising me what was the best thing to do as a potential tenant ( tips / advice etc) She really knows the market and she understands the needs of potential tenants and landlords . There's several agencies out there that could take a leaf out of her book when it comes to understanding their customers needs and applying a higher level of customer service . Thank you
