2nd Apr 2021 (3 years ago)Savills Esher were open and honest, and absolutely nothing like the cliche of estate agents; not pushy and no tricks. I'd not hesitate to recommend them for either selling or buying through. They sold our house in 4 days, for 99% of asking.

Gill Dowling has extensive local knowledge and experience of the lettings market and, having listened very carefully to my requirements, took great care to find a reliable tenant without delay. Their on-going responsiveness and support has been exemplary and I've grown accustomed to their delivering excellent service. Thank you !
22nd Nov 2023 (24 weeks ago)This agency has been trying to steal our deposit, the flat we rented was given back in a very good condition and now they have got back to us with expensive invoices without first consulting us. They are now unresponsive to our email especially Heidi Ansell who has been extremely unhelpful with regards to our deposit. We will report the issue to the trading standard if we don't hear back from them soon.
19th Nov 2023 (24 weeks ago)We were selling a riverside property and approached Waterview and another, ordinary estate agent. Waterview's valuation was substantially higher than the other agent. We put the house on the market with Waterview, priced at the top of their suggested range, and achieved the full asking price in a week.
1st Dec 2023 (22 weeks ago)Shocking agency. I have been waiting for over a year to be reimbursed as a result of having to vacate early due as the heating packed up at the coldest time of the year. I was only a few weeks from the end of my tenancy so they just didn't care. They never respond to any emails. Never return calls. The only time they did comment was to claim that a window latch was broken and they needed to understand the cost before they reimbursed my last two weeks tenancy. It was a complete lie about the window. Just a delaying tactic. They've ignored everything for over a year now. They had no intention of reimbursing me. Shameless organization. Beware all owners - they didn't do a single tenancy check when I was there. Tenants - I've heard numerous stories of them keeping deposits for months. Don't take the risk. The reviews on here speak for themselves.

2nd Nov 2023 (6 mo. ago)On my showing day i met with the agent, who was so friendly We start the conversate, and i told him about my horrible experiences so far with other agency, who have you turn up , but the property is gone He was so reassuring Then i called jessica and informed i will take the property She reassured me she will do all she can and she did Today i got my first home to rent in Uk....thanks jessica and snelkers

1st May 2024 (5 days ago)Newton Huxley weren't originally on my short list, but I noticed they sold a house on my street way above the usual market rate so brought them in for a chat. Sam impressed me so much with his local knowledge and financial knowledge (he put me onto the Mortgage Charter which has literally saved me ££££s) so I selected them without hesitation. The property was on the market in days, first viewings in less than a week, and an offer a week later. Which was ideal as I'd found my dream home and needed to be in a better position than the others bidding on it. Thanks to NH getting me the right offer I was able to secure the house I wanted. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Each year since on this date Hawksman send us a card and a bottle of Bollinger ! We received an absolutely amazing service on both this purchase and the sale of our previous home. There aren't many estate agents that you can trust and are genuine but I highly recommend this estate agent specially Ross. I wanted to schedule a viewing for the week but only one person was able to show the house who wasn't available at the time we requested. I've made 3 attempts to now contact this individual and they have still not replied or returned my phonecall. Disgusting service. Renting property shouldn't be this hard.- 18th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)We lived in an apartment managed by Madison Brook, and even though the entire tenancy was a nightmare, Edward was the only agent who helped us throughout the entire year. We were supposed to drop our keys at one of their offices; however, we couldn't because they were very far away, and we had to work. In the end, Edward managed to come and get the keys on a Saturday, even though he was not our agent. He is the only person I can recommend at MB! Very polite, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile for a client. Well done, and thank you for your help!
12th Jan 2021 (3 years ago)For an otherwise single female in a flatshare, i found Steve to be really unprofessional. He did not make me feel comfortable having him as a landlord due to his lack of response on urgent matters. The bathroom came off the wall and it took me slipping and falling over for them to fix it. In the meantime, all anyone had to say was can you have baths instead of showers. It took too long to get it fixed and even then, it was so obviously bodged! Do not use barons, no matter how dire your situation may be. It took months for a rent contract to come through, it's just not good enough.
