There was some initial disappointment when it was clear that the house had been overvalued, but they were quick to relist with the updated price. Everything was handled efficiently and professionally.<br>We'd like to single out Dan Wallace, who managed the process. He was open and helpful throughout, and managed everything with good humour. We're especially grateful for how considerate he was of my mother's needs, especially as she is older and English is not her first language.<br>Everyone we've spoken to in the team has been friendly and helpful, and they're quick to respond to questions and actually call you back when they say they will! Buying/selling a house is hugely stressful even when everything goes according to plan, and the Personal Agent were a big help in making our experience a little easier. Very happy to recommend.

Everything was handled quickly and smoothly, and we went from viewing the property to completion in just two months.<br><br>We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Zoe and the team at Gascoigne-Pees Chessington. 16th Sep 2026 (2 days ago)Worst Service & Unprofessional Agency – Complete Waste of Time<br><br>I submitted an application form for a property after viewing it over two weeks ago, but I have not received a single update from the agency. Even though I contacted them three separate times, they offered nothing but excuses—saying the agent was out on viewings, promised to call me back, or was unavailable.<br><br>What’s more concerning is that whenever I called, they kept asking me how much I had offered for the rent. This feels like a push for bidding, which is deeply unethical and unprofessional.<br><br>Their complete lack of professionalism and terrible customer service wasted my time. I’ve completely decided against moving to Leatherhead solely because of this terrible experience with them.<br><br>I demand that all of my personal data and application details be immediately deleted from your system. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this agency if you are looking to rent.

Following a bad experience with another agent, we were very glad to have found an agent who provided a professional, personable, and reliable service throughout. Special mention to Gemma, Alia, Jo and Marian for their amazing service, patience and support for us.<br>I would highly recommend the cubbit & west team to anyone looking to sell their property.

Never had to contact them to chase, never known an agent like it tbh. Would definitely recommend them time and time again. 24th Aug 2026 (25 days ago)PSA for prospective buyers: based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone purchasing a new-build or renovated property through Nicholls Residential to carry out thorough due diligence on the developer involved.<br><br>I purchased a property marketed through Nicholls and developed by N. Khan / Goldstar Real Estate. A professional snagging inspection later identified a substantial number of defects, and I have since experienced prolonged difficulty getting agreed remedial works completed.<br><br>While the developer is ultimately responsible for the build quality and remedial works, Nicholls have been copied into my email correspondence from the outset, so they are aware of the ongoing issues. I am also happy to provide evidence of the communication history and attempts made to resolve matters if required.<br><br>For me, an estate agent's willingness to market properties for a particular developer is relevant information when deciding whether to purchase through them, particularly where the agent has subsequently been made aware of significant post-completion concerns.<br><br>My advice to prospective buyers would be to commission an independent snagging/building inspection, research the developer carefully, get all remedial promises in writing, and check the warranty and after-sales arrangements before committing.
17th Sep 2026 (1 day ago)Our initial conversations with Chris were very positive. However, once the price was agreed and we decided to proceed, our experience changed considerably. We were passed over to Andy, who recommended his solicitor to the seller, which in our experience contributed to the process being delayed by several weeks. We then faced further uncertainty regarding the shape and extent of the land, including being informed that what we were purchasing appeared to differ from the Land Registry documents. Naturally, this led to further questions and discussions from our side. Unfortunately, during one of these conversations, Andy became extremely rude and made comments that I would not wish any buyer to hear. Purchasing a home is already an emotional and stressful process, and I would expect an estate agent to understand that and communicate with buyers professionally and respectfully, particularly when there are genuine concerns about what is actually being purchased. The only reason we continued with the purchase was because we had built a very good relationship directly with the seller. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this estate agent unless you have very limited alternatives.

Nick and Kevin were so helpful in finding us accommodation while we continue our house search.<br><br>Very kind, friendly and helpful!

They both were professional, helpful and approachable. Dealing vwith your own agent meant you were always able to speak to someone. I would highly recommend Laurels to do with business with.

Both Paul and John-Paul were so patient and happy to answer any questions I had (and I had a lot!)<br><br>I can't recommend them enough if you're looking to buy or sell your property.
