Abi was always quick to respond and happy to answer any questions I had, making everything feel straightforward and well-supported.<br><br>Overall, a great service and I’d definitely recommend the team.

The level of professionalism fell well below expectations, and I was left feeling frustrated and undervalued as a client.I will not recommend their services and would recommend strongly advise others to look elsewhere for more reliable and responsive agency. Ps : don’t bother replying with a standard message, because already know your answer.

The staff at the Stoneleigh office are consummate professionals. They are all friendly and very knowledgeable. We were kept well informed and didn't need to hassle for information as their systems were regularly updated. We would like to thank everyone for their efforts and especially to thank Dan for the weekly phone calls and feedback. We would not hesitate to have them represent us in the future ??????

We are literally trying to get flats on rent, and everytime we equire about any flats from posted- The answer is ohh its not available. Your staff at worcester park judged us when we visited them. Today also we saw one board and contacted your team and its gone, when i asked where you have posted, they said in different website but reality it was never posted. We are going to complaint about how your staff being biased towards us

She really helped in every way she could and she really hasn't stopped even with issues I've had post purchase. Thanks to the team at Leatherhead, lots of support and can't fault them.

They listen to what you ask for, they give accurate valuations of your property, and they take great care and attention over how they market your property. David has now become a trusted advisor and we will go back to TPP if we were to ever sell again. Have recommended them to many friends and family.

10th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)After a disappointing experience with another local agent I tried Cubitt & West Leatherhead who gave some great advice and had two offers within three weeks of marketing my flat; I accepted one and the process thereafter was smooth and simple. Jemma and Alia kept me fully informed of the progress and responded to all of my queries promptly. I would recommend the estate agent, Jemma and Alia without reservation.
4th Jun 2026 (15 days ago)From the very beginning, when my partner and I were looking to rent around Surbiton, Winkworth have been absolutely outstanding, the communication and service have been truly 5 star worthy even after the tenancy has started. I'd like to give all the members of the team at Winkworth Surbiton a shout out with Ryan in particular who had assisted us during the whole process. He is a true professional who excels at what he does and is a credit to the company! Every step of the way he was reassuring from showing us around the property, answering questions, displaying knowledge of the area and providing us with updates on the property.

From the offer we had in September to our move in January, it couldn’t have gone more smoothly. They were both professional and helpful in all aspects and kept us updated on a regular basis. Many thanks John and Paul for reducing our stress levels during this time.
