I would like to especially mention Rachel, the Senior Lease Negotiator, for her excellent work. Rachel proved to be a true professional and guided the rental process from the beginning to the signing of the contract. Her communication was clear, friendly and always timely. Thanks to Rachel, the process of renting an apartment was easy, fast and stress-free. She was always in touch, explaining all the nuances that we did not understand. I recommend Foxton and especially Rachel to everyone who appreciates a professional approach, honesty and a high level of service.

We bought our house through them in 2018 and having been let down by other local estate agents, they ultimately sold it for us. Nice to go full circle with them especially Tuesday Manthorpe who has been great throughout the whole process. Highly recommend, don't bother with any of the competition!
27th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)I recently sold a property through Hamptons Esher. Paul and his colleague Victoria were professional courteous and above all else determined to obtain the best price for me. The sale was smooth and Paul and Victoria guided us through the experience with confidence and expertise. They were on the ball and proactive at all times and always available to me on the phone. I would not hesitate to recommend the team at Hamptons Esher.

Adam Burlison and his team guided us through a tricky purchase and, put simply, went way above and beyond the call of duty to ensure we completed our purchase and got into our new home before Christmas. We are confident in saying our transaction would not have completed without the support of Adam and his super positive and supportive team. From the start of our house search they were the only Estate Agents in Esher to take us seriously as buyers, showing us three houses in the same week on a specific estate where they are experts and clearly the preferred agency by the residents on that estate. Their investment in us paid off as we persevered with a very complex and lengthy transaction that many buyers would have walked away from. Could not recommend them highly enough.- 4th Jan 2022 (3 years ago)We had a first class experience selling our house with Knight Frank. Jordanna and Isobel were a fantastic team, with great communication, a solid strategic approach and efficient management of the sales process. Our house was on the market for under a week before it sold and we completed in just over a month. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would use Knight Frank again without hesitation.

Alice was the agent overseeing our process and assisting us with the search. From our first viewing of the property through to completion, Alice was extremely helpful and fantastic at keeping us updated throughout the process and keeping in touch to assist us with any questions we had with anything to do with the property or area. Post moving in, Alice’s client relationship management remains equally as attentive and solid as it was throughout the process, and is always quick to respond to any of our queries. We’re so happy we found a perfect home for the next chapter of our lives outside of London! Would certainly recommend Alice and the Curchods team. Thanks, Alice!
7th Nov 2025 (6 weeks ago)Tom stuck at it through a long and obstacle-ridden purchasing process. Couldn’t fault his communication and attention to detail throughout, which made the whole thing somewhat easier to stomach because we were left feeling like we at least had the full picture. When crunch time came, he was all over the solicitors and upstream chain reference exchange of contracts. Having now reached that crucial stage, I couldn’t recommend the GP branch in Esher highly enough.

They are calm in what can be a very stressful experience and they work so hard to ensure everyone is happy and it all goes as smoothly as possible, I wouldn't ever want to use another estate agent! Thank you, Reno, Amanda and Abi and all the staff I didn't meet but spoke to on the phone x

Very difficult to get through, and they are always finding different excuses not to book a viewing about the properties which are in the market for letting, because they know it's against the law to discriminate. I was interested in 2 properties for letting and had the same experience. Note : This review is because I haven't been able to book any viewing,your team finds different excuses not to book viewing, and one of the properties is still in the market after 2weeks of my last call for that property. Just to clarify, You are replying to the wrong person, I am not the person who put an offer for a property.
13th Jan 2022 (3 years ago)I decided to sell my flat with Hamptons in Teddington. They over valed my property it’s a second home , I reduced it dramatically and the offers came in . Having finally agreed a good offer I asked them to do sufficient investigation into their funds to buy and the level of borrowing. They were hopeless on this and after a month into solicitors etc . My fears came through and my sale fell through. I then put it up for rental and it was gone in three days even though I am very specific about my tenant profile . They even paid me 6 months up. front as I had two other parties prepared to do the same . My property is in A list location and premium.

They ensured that there was communication throughout the full process which allowed for a smooth exchange and completion. We recommend this company if you are looking to buy/sell.
24th Nov 2025 (22 days ago)TLDR: I strongly recommend Winkworth as a responsive, reliable, friendly and professional agency. We recently rented out our flat as a short-term let while travelling, using the "let and managed" formula, and the experience with Winkworth couldn't have gone any better. Ryan was the main estate agent during this process. While starting up, the fees were very clear, and Ryan's knowledge of the market gave us the confidence to get a good price for what we have. They have up-to-date technology for photographing and floorplan generation, and the expertise to make your place look its best. Ryan presented several high-quality potential tenants to us, and the onboarding process with the selected tenants was very smooth from our end. While we were away, Ryan kept us up to date with anything that was going on, but was well able to handle the day-to-day without overcommunicating. During the 8 month period, 2 landlord inspections were carried out, each accompanied by a full report. As with any let, there were some minor hiccups on the way, but they were swiftly and professionally dealt with. Emails are always promptly replied to. Very highly recommended :) Edit: we also used Winkworth to sell this flat recently, and same excellent service again!

10th Nov 2025 (5 weeks ago)I've had such a bad experience with Laurels. My flat was put on the market, and after the initial guy I dealt with there (who was lovely) left the agency, no one contacted me for weeks. It was like no one was looking me. Finally someone reached out, but months later, no viewings, no interest and with a total lack of communication, I decided to move to another agency. I put my notice in, waiting 4 weeks as per the contract, and now no one will ring me back after saying they will ring me back in 5 mins/later today. Even ringing up the main number explaining how unhappy I was didn't help. I would never use them again!
18th May 2025 (6 mo. ago)Bartletts gave us an exceptional service. From day one they were doing all they could to find us a buyer and what impressed me the most was their communication. Every week they provided an update and Darren or Kristian accompanied prospective buyers on every occasion and took a detailed history of the property and surrounding area. Once a buyer was found, they helped us negotiate on the property we were buying out of the area! This is not an estate agent, this is a personal service that will get you moved to where you want go. Well done team, an awesome experience.

14th Dec 2025 (2 days ago)Absolute legend of an Estate Agent. Found me a buyer, sold my house (which was a bit niche), nurtured the chain and kept it alive right up until completion. Chased everyone all the way through, amazing. I think one of the major notable differences with Luci is that she didn't just sit on her hands waiting for Rightmove to make it happen. She joined dots with real people and lined them up with houses to actually manufacture a chain. Obviously I would 100% recommend Luci based on this very positive experience.

And once there is an offer - Claire from the completion team is fantastic and a pleasure to deal with. She will take you through the process and keep you in the loop throughout the sale.
