22nd Mar 2023 (1 year ago)Poor communication between staff who I felt not genuine when asking questions. One staff member extremely rude me accused of phoning on Saturday when he had been connected by the office who had phoned me!! Told us we were patronising!! Also they did not listen to my requests and told me I was a difficult client because I was quite specific in the type of client I wanted to rent my house to. The customer does not come first in this business .Charges for services ridiculously high but they do not communicate back to you when you raise a query with them. Would never use again and not recommend.

Who would not provide a refenece for me, I didn't think I would be accepted anywhere else but Adele from reeds rains sorted this out for me. Dealing directly with the estate agents. She managed to get my reference for me. Thank you Adele. Without your help I wouldnt be settled in a new home like I am now.

We were on the process of hunting a house for rent, completely tired and frustrated of spending time in other Estate agents without answers. Since we met Brooks we felt confidence in renting with them. The renting process was smoothly without difficulty. All the team is very professional, kind, always with a prompt response to our requests. In our case, our closest contact was with Holly. We really appreciated the way she conducted the process. Her honesty, kindness and professionalism goes beyond and make us feel confident. We do not hesitate in contact her in first place when we have questions about the house. In summary, if you are planning to rent or buy a house in Streatham area, do not hesitate in contact Brooks!

Communication had to be prompted from the start, no viewings until I suggested changes to the advert, the is no responsibility taken by the staff. They are more happy to ignore your questions and hope you go away. Steer well clear

3rd Feb 2024 (15 weeks ago)We recently sold our house with Jordan from W and J properties. It was five star service all the way. Excellent contact throughout and regular updates on the sale which went extremely well. We had been in the same house for 40 years and needed to downsize. W and J properties came highly recommended and lived up to their reputation. The price was excellent and the service superb. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this company.
