Shari lead our process and was fundamental in making the process as smooth as possible, even when changes occurred or plans changed. Shari worked with both sell & buy side solicitors to speed up the process and make sure everyone was happy.

9th Sep 2024 (6 days ago)They only did 2 viewings in 2 months. They only asked us to put price down and people conducting the viewing didn't know anything about property's features. Disgraceful service and strongly recommend to avoid this agency.

Extremely polite and friendly staff who go out of their way to support and accommodate any request or question, from viewings all the way to the moving-in date and beyond. The entire team I dealt with—Millie, Zoe, Rebecca, and Alex—was incredible throughout. They actively suggested properties that suited my requirements and worked hard to make the process as pain-free as possible. I could not recommend them more.

12th Apr 2024 (22 weeks ago)As always Angela herself and staff are always helpful,thankyou,gone down hill,lost sale then told more or less my fault,to take the offer as they wouldnt show anyone else around during covid.Plus they wouldnt show anyone else around after the only offer was 15k less than the asking price Helen took it off market.when asked what do i want to do! Went on mkt in april,only put onto angelas site in july then only went on rightmove in AugustNow enquiring about rented and i nvr get told what houses they have to let yet told id be told by collete.just missed two now 12 th april,rang last week about parr lane my old house and walmer bridge and no one ever rung back as Collette promised

Firstly the way that Charlotte dealt with our negotiations over the purchase were 1st rate and Katy for helping keep our spirits up when manoeuvring through the constantly changing housing market after 2 failed sales. Everyone from the team including the agents and office staff where great throughout the whole process. Always on hand to answer any questions and issues that arose with a purchase. Would highly recommend them for sale or purchase.
18th Mar 2024 (5 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

I was feeling so daunted by the whole process of buying and selling a home, but Kate’s person-centred approach made all the difference. She took time to understand my concerns, guided me through each step, and was always there to answer my questions with expertise and friendliness. Thanks to Kate what started as an overwhelming experience turned into a smooth and positive journey.
