4th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)Manning Stainton were ok, but not great. They carried out all of the viewings for me, which was good, and I’d accepted an offer within a couple of weeks, which was also good. But I’d have liked a bit more proactivity from them in watching the market between me agreeing to sell with them and the sale going live - that was something I ended up doing myself. Some of the updates they gave me were inaccurate, which added to my stress levels. At times, after I’d accepted an offer, it felt as though they had forgotten that I was their client (rather than the buyer). On more than one occasion they updated me on what I had done/what my solicitors had done (which I already knew!), rather than on what the buyer/their solicitors had done (which would have been far more helpful).- 3rd Oct 2019 (4 years ago)Really quick to come out and view my property. Gave me great advice about how to price, clear on fees and managed to get viewings and offers very quickly. Some communication issues at the start as the specific agent was on holiday and had to speak to whomever was available led to a slight delay in accepting an offer. But nevertheless still very good and would recommend.
