Katie has been supportive and compassionate in times of needing repairs or help. Katie has excellent communication skills, professionalism, very responsive and thoughtful. Repairs have been completed swiftly. Very happy :-)

Jacob arranged for it in a few hrs literally and the issue was resolved. I'd highly recommend parklane to whosoever is looking for a suitable property. 17th Mar 2024 (6 mo. ago)Terrible estate agents! Preys on the poor by providing shoddy and in many circumstances illegal places to live (no running water, black mould problems, unclean communal areas) and then refuses deposits back when tennants no longer want to reside! I would stay clear.

I feel that they have been very supportive and proactive in a turbulent and difficult market in a City Centre location. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Agency.

3rd Oct 2024 (9 days ago)Richard definitely knows his stuff. A recent valuation appointment of our house meant choosing Northwood was the obvious choice. Compared to other local estate agents, Richard stood out due to how interested he was in our home and it's saleable features. It was clear that he had also done some detailed research on current house prices in the area so as to build confidence that the price we are going to sell our house at is both realistic and achievable. The sales and marketing process is clearly explained and you are not locked in with them at all. Couldn't be happier.
